This was a very educational and thorough overview of all the different types of meditation music, and how to put it to practically use. I really enjoyed it and the tracks at the end of each meditation were lovely.

Very nice. Very calming when I focused on it. Mornings are hard for me as a trauma survivor. I was thinking too much about what I lost in my trauma. I want to get more positive.
