This is not just a course, it’s a short experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and begin opening your heart in a natural way. Over the next four days, we’ll work with the 528 Hz frequency, often known as the “Love Frequency,” to create a space where your body and your mind can start to shift without forcing anything. This is not about doing things perfectly, and it’s not about learning complicated techniques, it’s more about allowing yourself to feel, to listen, and to reconnect with something that is already within you. Throughout the course, you’ll begin to understand how sound interacts with your system, how your body responds to certain frequencies, and how even small moments of awareness can start creating real change. Each session includes a short talk followed by a music track built around the 528 Hz frequency, so you can move from understanding into direct experience. All you need is about 10 minutes a day, and ideally a pair of headphones, so you can fully experience the sound. If at any point you feel something shift, even in a subtle way, that’s exactly where this process begins.


Meet your Teacher

Giacomo Franzoso (James Franz) is an Italian composer and educator focused on the relationship between sound, frequency, and states of consciousness. His work explores how sound influences the nervous system, emotions, and mental clarity, combining educational explanations with practical listening-based approaches. Through his experience composing and working with frequency-based soundscapes, he helps listeners develop a deeper understanding of how sound can be consciously integrated into daily life for greater awareness and well-being.
