This was so well done, Laura! I have been searching for a meditation to use when I am “painting on my own”, and this exceeded my expectations. It seemed as if you were right here with me, watching me closely and guiding me through every stroke of my brush. At times, I could feel your hand on mine as you taught me a variety of ways to hold my brush. With your encouragement and guidance, I definitely painted way outside of the lines. and maybe as a result of your supervision, I made a mess and spilled paint all over myself. But like you said “a happy ending indeed”. Yessssssss. Incredible! I can’t wait to paint again with this meditation. 😍😍
