Soul Crystal Discovery Journey

This guided journey with shamanic drumming will allow you to learn a lot about yourself, which may at times feel scarily accurate. This process allows you to dive deep below the conscious, linear mind with visualization and somatic experiencing. We will embark on a journey together to discover your soul crystal and get to know yourself better on a deeper level. Crystals are here to support you in this growth and exploration.

Welcome, Beautiful beings of light. Thank you for joining me on this soul crystal discovery journey. My name is Melissa Johnston on behalf of Nirvana collective. Before we dive in, You'll want to have a pen and piece of paper handy for the end of this journey in order to jot down any details and observations you notice and we will then explore together. Let us prepare for meditation. If you currently have any crystals, I invite you to intuitively select one that speaks to you that you'd like to bring along for this journey. Holding one of your crystals, Sit or lie down in a quiet space. Calmly drop out of your day-to-day thoughts and feel into the position of your body. We will begin this by grounding ourselves into this now moment, Honoring this exact moment of time. Beginning with a heart-centered breath to focus all of our attention on the present. Calmly drop your thoughts and feel the position of your body. Any heaviness, Lightness, Any tension. Identify your breath. Taking a deep inhale through the nose, Holding for a few seconds and exhaling by sighing it out. Now we're gonna repeat this two more times and on the exhale I would like you to verbally state out loud, I am relaxed. Going in through the nose deeply, Holding for a few seconds and on the out breath, I am relaxed. One more time, Deep through the nose on the inhale, Hold and sigh, I am relaxed. I'm gonna begin this with a drumming. Imagine yourself entering into an outdoor location, Going through the corridor, Experiencing your surroundings. What do they look like? What is nearby? Are there trees, Sand, Perhaps a body of water? What does the sky look like? What is the weather? Is it daytime, Nighttime? I want you to walk deeply into your surroundings, Grazing through the grass or the paved road ahead, Continuing until you stop at a body of water. Now I want you to look into the body of water and you'll notice that it's filled with crystals. I'd like you to go place your hands into the water, Feeling the sensation of the liquid on your skin. Is it murky? Is it clear? What body of water is it? Notice any colors. Notice the reflection, The sunlight dancing, Shimmering. Put your hands deep into the water and you'll notice that you'll be able to discover and hold a crystal or perhaps several crystals, Feeling it in your fingertips, In your embrace. Is it stuck in the mud? Is it on the surface of the sand? Mother Nature at this point will tell you that it's okay for this to be your crystal, For you to take this crystal and make it yours. This crystal was especially made for you, Just what you need. Express your gratitude, The excitement you retrieve the crystal out of the water, Playing with it between your fingertips, Holding it, Looking at it, Feeling the texture. Is it smooth or jagged? Is it round? Is it a sphere? What color is it? Is it translucent or dense? Are there any patterns, Texture? Notice how it feels in your hands, Feel the weight. Now we express our gratitude to the body of water for allowing us to find such a precious gift from Mother Earth and we leave our current surroundings, Moving along, Continuing our journey, Continuing to walk, Noticing our surroundings until we reach a road. As you approach the road you get closer, Take one last glimpse around you, Noticing any details that perhaps you missed earlier. Now being ready to exit this road, We're gonna take a deep deep inhale and exhale coming back into your body, Feeling yourself back in your physical form, Opening your eyes slowly, Coming back to yourself. Stretch, Center yourself. Before we move on, I invite you to briefly write down everything you remember from your journey, From your experience, Noting down all observations. A few pointers here would be noting down what season it was, What type of surroundings you were in, What color was your crystal or crystals, Was it daytime, Nighttime? This meditation can help us derive some additional information about your specific needs at this point in time. When we are in altered states of consciousness, We override our typical linear thinking of what we think we need and really retrieve that information deep from within our subconscious. If you experience daytime during your journey, You will need some stones to help light you up and really set that inner fire on. Examples include citrine, Sunstone, Tiger's eye, Carnelian. If you on the other hand experience nighttime, What's most important for you right now is stones that will help you connect to your shadow side, Your intuition, And the moon, The hidden emotions below the surface. For this, Moonstone, Ocean jasper, Selenite, Chrysoprase would be really useful. If the season, The time of year during your meditation, Was full, Your body is asking for crystals that will assist with wisdom, Balance, Focus, Intuition, Water signs, And stones. If you experience the winter season, Your body wants crystals for rest and restoration, Intuition, Knowledge, Grounding, Letting go. For those that experience spring, Crystals for new beginning, Purification, Joy, Abundance, Happiness. For those who encountered summertime, Crystals for inner fire, Health, Motivation, Energy, Prosperity, And exploration. We move on to the color which corresponds to the chakras. Those who are seeing a red crystal, Your root chakra, Balancing, You need grounding and safety at this time. For this, Some recommendations are red jasper, Red calcite, And smoky quartz. Orange corresponds with the sacral chakra balancing. Your body is asking for assistance in balancing motivation and creativity. Some recommendations for this are carnelian, Orange calcite, And ocean jasper. Yellow corresponds with the solar plexus chakra. You need more personal power. Citrine, Sunstone, Pyrite are great for this. Green corresponds with the heart chakra. You need to give more love, More self-love, More forgiveness. What can help you with this are rose quartz, Adventurine, Jade, Pranay, Blue the throat chakra, Wanting to speak your truth, Owning and stepping into your truth, Soda light, Blue chalstony, Chrysocolla, Indigo, Third eye, Needing to trust your intuition more. You can look for amethyst, Fluorite, And laffy's for this. Lastly, White or violet corresponds with the crown chakra. A need to let the universe guide you. Trust in the divine. For this you can use lapidolite, Quartz, Opal, And apophyllite. Before we close this meditation, A few things to contemplate or reflect on. Did the journey you discovered during this meditation, Did the interpretation fit with your current needs? How so? Is this something that you would have noticed otherwise, You know, Using our traditional wakefulness state, Our linear thinking, Linear mind? What area do you feel is the best for you to focus on to find more balance in your life right now? And how are you going to action this?
