The five breathe organ cleanse prepares the body to receive Krystala Double Diamond frequency light, recalibrate, recode the 12 Tree grid spheres to reclaim all identities & selves. To do this,

You will want to take in air through the nose and let it out slowly through your mouth,

Drawing your breath through your nose.

And tonight we will work with five different ways of expelling your breath out.

These five ways of expelling breath are represented by syllables we bring up in the exhaling of your breath.

We are using the exhale breath to make a sound rather than saying a verbal mantra,

So bring to mind that whispering sound of a non-vocal and non-verbal breath.

This is the sound of our intention.

Each of the five organ exhaling breath variations have a psychic impression and energetic influence on the corresponding organ sphere which prompts the clearing and removal of impurities from the organs,

Energies,

And manifestations while gathering fresh energy and life force into each organ system.

Beloved liver soul,

Merge with my heart and mind now.

I call upon you with love and appreciation.

Through my breath please clear all anger.

Please clear all cosmic rage.

I intend to purify and release all feelings of injustice or judgment towards myself or any other.

Releasing your breath into the sound of ss.

The large intestine.

Beloved kidneys and kidney soul merge with my right and left kidney and mind now.

I call upon you with love and appreciation.

Anxieties in my life and the deep painful thoughts of their memories.

Please purify my kidneys to hold the highest light refinement of bodily essence with peace and love.

As you hear the tone within and take a deep inhale and upon your exhale breath focus on your kidneys,

Exhaling from your mouth releasing your breath into the sound of blowing out air as if you were blowing out birthday candles.

May the kidney soul unite with its counterpart the urinary bladder.

Our ascension teams,

I request as appropriate for myself that all body parts are returned,

All vital essences are returned to the control of the one God spirit.

May all pairs of opposites unite within the counterparts for each of the bodily organs paired in perfection as their divine companion.

We ask our heartbeat to synchronize all frequencies and energies in perfect homeostasis.
