Find a comfortable seat or lie down.
Close your eyes.
You don't need to do anything right now.
You don't need to figure anything out.
You just need to be here.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And let it go through your mouth.
Again inhale.
And exhale.
Letting your body continue to relax deeper and deeper.
Feeling the weight of your body.
And just notice where the ground is holding you.
Your back,
Your shoulders,
Your legs.
You are supported right now.
It is safe for you to relax.
Take one more breath in.
And as you exhale,
Allow your shoulders to drop.
Allow your jaw to soften.
Allow your hands to open.
You are here and that is more than enough.
Now I want you to imagine yourself standing at the beginning of a path.
A wide,
Clear path.
The ground beneath your feet is solid.
You know where you are going.
Take a breath and notice.
The path is yours.
It doesn't look like anyone else's.
It doesn't need to.
It was made for you the way that you move.
And as you start to walk,
I want you to notice something.
Everything that you need is already within you.
The knowledge,
The experience,
The care.
The ability to simplify what feels complicated for someone else.
You carry this.
You always have.
And take a deep breath.
And now I want to bring in a thought that may have been loud for you.
The thought that you are not doing it right.
Just notice how that makes you feel and don't fight it.
Let it simply stand beside you on this path.
And now look down at your hands.
Think of one person that you have helped.
One moment where something you knew or said or held space for made a difference.
And let that be your permission slip.
That you do things right.
This is your proof.
Take a deep breath.
And gently let that old thought dissolve.
Not because you are forcing it away.
But because you can hear the actual truth beneath it all.
You have always been doing things the right way.
In your own way.
In the only way that was ever yours to do it.
Now I want you to feel what it would be like to let things be simple.
What if you didn't need more information?
What if what you already know is enough to take one clear step today?
Really breathe that in.
What if you were allowed to rest?
Not because you've earned it,
But because rest is a part of the work.
What if taking care of yourself was not a reward at the end,
But the foundation everything else is built on?
And let your body feel that for a moment.
And let it be true.
Place one hand on your heart.
Feel it beating.
It has never once needed you to get it right.
It just kept going.
And so have you.
Now repeat these words with me silently or out loud.
I trust myself.
I know what I know.
My way is the right way for me.
I am organized.
I am clear.
I am enough.
I help people and I have proof.
I give myself permission to do things simply and well in my own way.
It is safe to feel confident.
Now take a full breath in and exhale slowly.
Take another and let it go.
One more time.
Breathing in everything that belongs to you and releasing anything that doesn't on the exhale.
And whenever you are ready begin to notice the room around you.
Wiggle your fingers.
Feel your feet on the floor.
Take your time coming back.
There's no rush.
You are supported.
You are capable.
You already know the way.
And when you are ready,
