This kind of meditation is called priming, in which words, ideas, and sensory experiences elaborate our perceptions of the world and affect our emotions, motivations, and actions for achieving specific goals. The two powerful tools we use are gratitude and envisioning. Great achievers such as Tony Robbins, Bernard Buchard, John C. Maxwell, Brian Tracy etc. apply these practices daily. I have modelled their practices within a simple 17-minute guided meditation to condition your mind for success and your heart of gratitude. Remember, if you’re grateful, you can’t be angry simultaneously. Also, you can’t be fearful and grateful simultaneously. It’s impossible! Finally, note that the mind cannot say clearly what happens in reality and what is in your imagination.
