Lucid dreaming affirmations.

Listen as you go to sleep to train yourself to lucid dream.

Welcome,

I'm Nikki Sutton.

Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else.

Make sure you'll be undisturbed.

Dim the lights and lay in a very comfortable position.

Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.

Lucid dreaming is becoming aware that you're dreaming while you're dreaming.

By lucid dreaming we can create whatever realities we desire in our dreams as an aid to manifesting in practicing real-life scenarios to gain confidence or to have exciting adventures.

We can program our subconscious mind when we're relaxed with positive affirmations.

Through repetition our subconscious accept that we are to become lucid while we're dreaming.

You can listen to these affirmations more than once.

First I'll relax you down and then I'll begin the affirmations.

You may allow yourself to fall asleep at any time because your subconscious mind is always listening even during sleep.

It's time to settle down for sleep.

And as you get comfortable I want you to begin to realize you are infinite consciousness.

You have the ability to achieve anything you put your mind to.

Take a deep breath in for me now.

And as you breathe out allow your body to relax.

Feel all your muscles loosen as they grow heavy.

Allowing the bed to fully support your body.

Draw your attention to your hands making sure they're unclenched.

Open them up and rest them on the bed.

Your shoulders too,

Allow them to sink down to release any tension held there.

As you drift into relaxation become aware of your brow and the muscles around your eyes.

And just relax them as any tension flows out and away.

Your jaw too,

Unclench it and allow it to fall to a comfortable position.

Focus on your entire body now or picture it in your mind's eye.

I want you to gather up any negative energy residing in any area of your body now.

And imagine it flowing out of your body and away in waves.

All stress and tension is flowing out and away.

Radiating out and disappearing into the ether.

You are becoming very calm and peaceful.

The world is becoming distant now as you begin to move towards sleep.

Towards the dream world.

In a moment I'll count you down to deepen you further.

And when I get to one,

I'll begin the affirmations.

Here we go.
