Let your shoulders drop, Your jaw release and your hands rest lightly by your sides. There's nothing you need to do right now. Nowhere you need to be. This is your time to relax, To receive and simply be. So bring your awareness to your feet now and imagine a warm wave of relaxation beginning there, Gently rising through your ankles and knees. And feel it moving slowly upward through your thighs, Your hips and into your lower back, Soothing, Calming and unwinding every muscle as it flows. As you step forward, Notice the air around you is sparkling in the light and the river below ripples with subtle waves of energy. This bridge connects you to the infinite wisdom of the universe, To the signs and synchronicities that guide your path.
