Subliminals are played at a very low level with music so that they bypass the filters of the conscious mind which can doubt and undo the effectiveness of the new positive beliefs.

Your subconscious mind however,

I'll say the affirmations through audibly so that you know what they are,

Then they'll fade out to subliminal level.

40 to 50 affirmations will repeat on a loop because the subconscious mind accepts new beliefs through repetition.
