Meditation for Expansiveness - this meditation is meant to feel loved and connected to a universal life force. Take 15 minutes out of your busy day to realise your true essence, away from the noise of the world and your busy mind.

Welcome to this guided meditation to help create expansiveness and raise your vibration.

Either lie down or take a seat and when you are ready close your eyes.

Begin by taking long slow deep breaths.

Breathing into your tummy,

Filling your tummy with lots of air and breathing out slowly.

Breathe in 2,

3,

4 and breathe out 2,

3,

4,

5.

Continue with a few more breaths,

Allowing your breath to become deeper and deeper as you sink into the chair,

The mattress or the floor.

Feel your body become heavier.

And now imagine from your feet some roots growing deep into the ground.

See those roots expand deep deep into the core of the earth.

And at the center of the earth there is a rock.

This rock is filled with pure white light.

It is a life force.

See this bright white light travelling up through the roots,

Up into your feet.

Allow the bright light to go through your body expanding up through your feet,

Into your legs,

Into your thighs,

Into your pelvis.

Feel this bright light as a warm sensation,

Tingling and making you feel good.

Allow the light now to travel into your torso,

To your shoulders,

Down your arms and into your fingertips and up your neck and into your head until your entire body is filled with this tingling bright light.

You are life force.

And now see this light immerse from all of your body through the pores in your skin.

Allow it to expand out into the room around you,

Filling the room with light and energy.

And from there expanding out into your entire home.

And now into the street or the area around you.

See the light flowing and expanding into the town where you live.

See it expanding into other people's homes.

And now into the country that you live in.

And now that white light expands into the continent that you live in.

And now feel that white light expand into the entire planet.

And from the planet see the white light expand out into our solar system to all of the other planets,

The moon,

The stars.

And now beyond our solar system,

Into other solar systems and into infinity.

As you bathe in this light allow yourself to drift off into a beautiful daydream.

See yourself walking towards a doorway.

Put your hand on the doorknob and open it.

The doorway leads to a beautiful magical garden.

As you walk through the garden notice any sounds,

Sights,

Smells.

Be aware of every flower,

Every plant and animal that you might see.

Take your time and walk slowly around the garden.

It is the most beautiful garden you've ever been in.

You feel at peace.

You're serene and calm and happy.

You see a bench and you take a moment to sit down on this bench.

Make sure that you're comfortable.

Allow yourself to adjust yourself in any way that you like.

You may notice what you're wearing.

You may even look different to how you usually look.

And as you soak in all the beautiful senses around you,

You notice a figure walking towards you.

At first you don't recognize who it is.

But as this figure comes closer to you,

You start to notice how they look.

Perhaps it's somebody that you know in real life.

Maybe it's a loved one that's passed on.

It could be an angel or it could be somebody that you've never met before.

This is your guide.

As your guide approaches you,

You stand up to greet them.

Choose however you want to do that,

Whatever feels comfortable for you.

Maybe that's a handshake.

Maybe it's simply a smile.

Or maybe it's an embrace.

Your guide sits beside you and you talk a little bit.

You feel so comfortable with this person,

Almost as though you've known them forever.

And now,

Only if it comes to you,

Ask your guide anything that you would like to know.

Any questions that you have about your life,

Anything that's bothering you,

Anything that you would like to wish for to come true.

Allow the answer to come to you.

If it feels natural,

Don't worry if it doesn't come to you.

You might find it coming later.

You continue to sit with your guide for a few more moments,

Enjoying the peace,

Enjoying the sounds and the smells and the sights of this beautiful garden,

Enjoying simply being with this wonderful person whom you feel so comfortable with.

Now it's time for your guide to leave and you bid them goodbye.

You stand up from the seat and you continue to walk through the garden.

As you continue to walk,

You notice that you're leaving behind the greenery and under your feet,

Which are bare,

There is sand.

As you walk along the sand,

You start to hear the sound of the ocean.

You look ahead and you see some beautiful blue turquoise waters.

You hear some waves rippling towards the shore.

You've never felt so free.

You're the only person on the entire beach.

As you look into the distance at the horizon,

You see how it expands all around.

It's as though there is nothing ahead and you feel content.

You feel secure.

You feel loved.

Feel the gentle breeze in your skin.

Smell the sea air and allow yourself to feel completely enveloped in this feeling.

This is your true nature.

You can feel like this anytime you want.

It is the only thing that is constant.

Take some deep breaths,

Breathing in the air,

Savouring this moment and know that you can take it with you wherever you go.

You are expansive.

You are life force.

Your only job is to create and you are supported by life.

You are loved.

Turn around and start to walk back away from the ocean,

Feeling the sand under your feet.

You start to see the garden again ahead of you.

Walking through the garden,

Continue to enjoy the sights,

The beautiful flowers,

The birds singing.

Notice any animals that you might see.

These are your power animals and they may come to you in your dreams.

You walk past the bench where you were sitting with your guide and you remember the moments.

And then you come to the door once again.

Open the door and walk through.

Start to feel your surroundings where you are now.

Feel the sofa or the chair or bed underneath your body.

Become aware of the room that you are in.

Become aware of your body.

Start to make small movements,

Perhaps wriggling your toes and fingers.

Take some deep breaths into your stomach.

Stretch if you like and open your eyes.

Remember what you've just experienced is your true state.

This is who you are and this is always here for you.

No matter what life is throwing at you,

No matter what worries you may have,

You are love.
