Good morning.

Thank you for joining me in this meditation.

So let's just get started right away.

Take a comfortable seat with your eyes closed.

And then take a deep inhale,

A deep exhale.

Start to lengthen your spine,

Flossing the crown of the head up towards the sky.

As we sit together today,

This meditation is a reminder of how impactful you are,

And how bright your internal light is.

And a reminder,

A reminder that we don't need to do anything to increase or decrease our inherent value.

That no matter what we do,

We are inherently valuable.

I invite you to take another deep,

Conscious inhale,

And a long exhale.

And really enjoy the sense of calmness that comes after that breath.

And to continue to do that on your own.

And when you feel that calmness,

After the exhalation,

Try your best to remember that feeling of relief,

That feeling of calmness.

And remind yourself throughout today,

To come back to that,

To come back to that conscious inhale and exhale.

And when you come to that calmness that you feel after the deep exhale,

Bring that into everything that you do today.

Regardless of how chaotic,

Or maybe even boring things may seem today.

And from this place of a conscious inhale and exhale,

Also known as this place of calmness,

Only from here can you truly be really impactful.

And only from here can you really allow your internal light to shine through.

Continue to do your deep conscious inhale and exhale.

And then see if you can add a little hold,

Maybe for a second before you exhale.

Before this last part of our meditation,

I invite you to say this affirmation in your head.

I am impactful.

And with my internal light,

I shine brightness,

Beauty,

And light to everyone around me.
