Hello mama good morning or good afternoon depending on how your night went so let's get started right away come to a comfortable seat and then gently close your eyes take a deep inhalation in and as you exhale sigh it out one more time just like that deep inhale and then loud sigh now seal your lips allow your jaw to relax soften the space in between the eyebrows allow your breath to be easy and give yourself a moment to tune in to the inner world of your heart bringing your awareness to your heart center start to imagine your heart glowing from the middle of the heart outwardly imagine the glow to be gold really warm and it grows bigger and bigger your heart's aura grows so big that it encompasses your whole body allow yourself to be held and feel the warmth of your heart's embrace take a deep inhale in and slow exhale out slowly bring both hands on top of your heart give yourself a moment to tune in to your heartbeat noticing that your heart beats with ease and without intention it just happens magically as you hold your heart here I invite you to repeat after me from this place this limitless place I find energy and love to care for my baby this place has no bounds and is always renewable and from this place here I am reminded that I was made for this and from this place here I am reminded that I am blessed with inherent knowledge of what my baby needs every single day now allow those words to penetrate you and marinate within your whole body and mind take a deep inhale big exhale out now take this moment to give yourself gratitude for showing up and honoring yourself in this new season of your life called motherhood thank you for joining me today for this beautiful meditation I hope you have a wonderful day namaste
