Ancestors: Connection And Healing

Welcome to this guided meditation where we use energy to connect with and heal our ancestral lineage. We will invite our guides to accompany us during this process and ground ourselves with earth energy as we connect with our guides and ancestors and help facilitate healing for our ancestors.

Welcome to this guided meditation where we will use energy to help us connect with our ancestors in a healthy way and help heal our lineage. During this meditation when I use the term guides I'm referring to beings that have your highest and best interest at heart. Some call them angels others call them guides that help guide you in this life towards your highest and best timeline here on this earth. These are separate from ancestors however sometimes some of our bright and well ancestors could be some of our guides. When I say ancestors this includes ancestors that you have a deep connection with whose lives you deeply resonate with even though you may not be related to them. Let's get comfortable and begin. Be seated preferably with your feet firmly on the ground your back straight relax your shoulders your hands on your thighs and just begin to breathe in deeply as you inhale and exhale inhale and exhale and with each deep breath you become more and more grounded in present time. Inhale and as you exhale just imagine all of your attention just exhaling all of that out inhale and exhale relax the muscles around your eyes relax your shoulders relax the palms of your hands your fingers relax your feet and just continue to breathe deeply as you inhale and exhale and now imagine that we are in a container together a beautiful container and this can be a castle a beautiful house it could be a glass container with beautiful windows you can see the Sun shining into this container beautiful plants you can make this container as beautiful as and as fanciful as you can imagine beautiful and now imagine that this container has its own unique connection to the center of the earth and through this connection to the center of the earth imagine beautiful earth energy coming up through this core that connects the container and filling the container with beautiful purples and blues energy from the earth filling it with love and support and now we're going to begin to fill the container with our intentions intentions of love of growth of healing and now turn to your individual aura and I imagine your own unique connection with the center of the earth beautiful imagine a beautiful cord coming up from the center of the earth and connecting to you in a way that resonates with you either the bottom of your feet it could be to the base of your spine your root and you can begin to release any energy that doesn't belong anything that feels yucky through your unique connection to the center of the earth beautiful and you can imagine anything yucky anything that doesn't feel right just being released through your unique connection with the center of the earth your grounding cord you can imagine this energy in any way that you would imagine anything yucky could be a dark gray dense any energy that's not yours and any energy that is ready to be released imagine just releasing this energy through your grounding cord to the center of the earth and as we know energy is neither created nor destroyed so this energy will be transmuted and used elsewhere and now imagine a handheld vacuum cleaner in front of you outside of your aura and this is a special vacuum cleaner it's noiseless and as the on button is pressed you can begin to release any energy that's not yours into this vacuum cleaner beautiful and you can just imagine energy that's ready to be released anything that's yucky just being sucked into this vacuum cleaner and leaving your aura and you can release this vacuum cleaner into the earth beautiful and I call on your vaster knowledge beyond the mind to accompany us in this journey I call on your angels your guides beings who have your highest and best interest at heart and who guide you to help recall all of your authentic energy from every corner of the universe wherever it may be into a small Sun in front of you and just imagine your authentic energy from wherever it might be going into this small Sun in front of you it could be left with someone that you used to know you know sometimes we have conversations with people and after the conversation we feel drained and we don't know why and we lose our energy and so let's imagine all of your authentic energy being recalled wherever it might be into this small Sun in front of you and the Sun gets brighter as it cleans your energy updates it enhances and empowers it and now imagine you're 100% authentic cleaned empowered enhanced authentic energy being beamed from the Sun into the bottom of your feet through your legs through your heart through your chest your crown to your fingertips throughout your entire body beautiful and now you can release the Sun into the earth and I'll bring to mind any preconceived notions any perceptions any thoughts that you have about ancestors just bring them to mind and now inhale and as you exhale imagine that all of these thoughts and perceptions and preconceived notions become wooden blocks in front of you imagine a table in front of you and all of these perceptions and no and notions surrounding ancestors become wooden blocks in front of you beautiful and you can stack these wooden blocks they can be as many wooden blocks as you imagine them beautiful and now imagine a healing red clay washing over these wooden blocks the healing properties of earth imbuing the blocks with love washing over the blocks with beautiful earth energy followed by a purifying water washing over the blocks with water followed by a beautiful breeze embodying the clearing properties of air and a safe and sacred fire you can wash over these blocks with this safe and small sacred fire allowing the blocks to release into this fire anything that is ready to be released that is ready to be transmuted and you can hear the small and sacred and safe fire go crackle and pop as it transmutes anything that is ready to be released into the fire beautiful beautiful and now imagine beautiful golden sparkles from the universe washing over the blocks beautiful giving it so much love and support washing away that which is ready to be washed away and now notice how you relate to the blocks just observe how you feel do the blocks have a feeling tone is there any difference from when you first imagine the blocks to now having washed them with earth and air and water and fire and golden sparkles from the universe beautiful and now continue to imagine washing over the blocks with beautiful universal energy beautiful golden sparkles from the universe washing over the blocks beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful I call on your vast knowledge beyond your mind and your angels and your guides to imbue these blocks with wisdom and compassion with love with whatever it is that you need to know about ancestors beautiful and at this point imagine that you're uploading any unlearned lessons anything that you need to know into your very own section of the library that holds everything that was that is and that will be and you have your own section just imagine this knowledge uploading to your library where you can access it when need be beautiful and now imagine these blocks just disintegrating into the universe while integrating into yourself that which you need to know so parts of it disintegrate into the universe and parts of it the parts that you need integrate into yourself and now imagine your guides your angels seated around you beautiful and you can go up to them and greet them individually thank them for their guidance for their guidance and leading you back to yourself to your authentic self beautiful and as you go around and greet your guides just feel this atmosphere of love that surrounds you this atmosphere of love and safety with all of your guides around you as you greet them beautiful and now invite your ancestors your bright and well ancestors invite your bright and well ancestors to sit outside of the circle of guides that surround you beautiful beautiful and you can greet them individually thank them for their time here on earth you can let them know what you're up to and just go around and greet them beautiful beautiful now let's refresh your grounding core now imagine pulling up a brand new grounding cord from the center of the earth connecting to either the bottom of your feet or whatever that resonates with you and pulling up some beautiful beautiful earth energy this beautiful earth energy could be a brilliant green or purple and now imagine making this earth energy available to your ancestors that need it beautiful your guides sit around you in a circle and outside of that your bright and well ancestors and if this resonates with you you can also have ancestors that need healing to sit outside in the third circle outside of where your bright and well ancestors are seated and pull up this beautiful brilliant earth energy with its beautiful greens and purples and blues make it available make it available to your guides available to your bride and well ancestors and make it available for access to your ancestors that require healing that sit outside of the circle beautiful always know that you are safe beautiful now imagine beautiful universal energy in the form of golden sparkles coming down and covering your aura with love and support and you can set your grounding cord on release again and just begin to release anything that doesn't feel right in your aura release it to the earth beautiful now again pull up some beautiful earth energy coming up to your grounding cord and filling your aura with love a warm hug from the earth now imagine taking that energy that earth energy that you're pulling up and setting it outside of your aura to make it available for your ancestors we can help facilitate their healing but we cannot directly heal they have to take that step beautiful and I call on your guides and your vaster knowledge to assist you in this process and now imagine all of your guides that are surrounding you in this circle that your guides reach out their hands towards you as you sit in the middle of this circle beautiful as they embrace you with their energy beautiful beautiful and ask them for assistance and pulling up this earth energy and universal energy and making it available for your ancestors all the while knowing that you are safe and now you can go to the circle that is outside of the circle of guides your bright and well ancestors and you can offer them some of this energy this earth energy that you have pulled up greet them update them what is happening in your life what you're about thank them for everything they've done beautiful beautiful and know that you are a being of light and that you are safe beautiful now you can look to see what ancestors are outside of their circle of bright and well ancestors these are ancestors that may not be well that need healing these are ancestors that you have made energy available to during this process and you can stay within your circle surrounded by your guide or you can stay in the circle with your bride and well ancestors and then just express to your ancestors outside of the circle how you feel who you are let them know your desire for them to heal that their healing reverberates through time and space to the past and to the future for the good of the entire lineage and ultimately for all humans beautiful and now you can say your goodbyes to your ancestors thank them for accompanying you in this journey for connection and healing and just imagine your guides still surrounding you filling you with their love their support beautiful and now imagine your authentic energy being recalled from whatever it may be in the universe into a small sun in front of you and the sun cleans your energy updates it empowers and enhances it and your 100% authentic energy is beamed into the bottom of your feet through your legs to the crown of your head to your fingertips through your entire body imagine refreshing your grounding cord and pulling up a brand new connection unique connection between you and the earth grounding you and through this cord imagine beautiful earth energy coming up from the center of the earth and filling your aura your being with so much support and love imagine beautiful golden sparkles coming from the universe above your crown and just surrounding you with
