Natalie, I loved the affirmations in this track so much! Personally, I like to repeat “I am” affirmations out loud, and there wasn’t enough space given between affirmation to do this, especially towards the beginning of the track. I would appreciate some longer silent pauses between statements in the future in your “I am” tracks. I hope this feedback is helpful, thank you so much❣️
