Good morning beautiful person before responsibilities gather your attention and before our habits gonna reach the steering wheel for the day.
Let's just allow ourselves to arrive here and feel the simple miracle of being alive.
Into notice the rise and fall of your breath.
Begin to notice the weight of your body supported by the earth.
Notice the quiet presence that's been here.
Just in the background behind every story you've carried.
Behind every thought.
And with that recognition,
Take a slow breath in through the nose.
And a gentle breath out through the mouth.
Again in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
Today,
For you,
Is a doorway.
It's a place where the old and the new meet for a moment.
A place where they recognize one another.
And as you stand in this doorway.
We don't need to force change.
There's no need to battle your past or.
.
.
Become anything other than who you are right now.
We simply desire to become available.
To what's already trying to emerge through us.
I'd like you to imagine for a moment that your life is a vast landscape.
And across this landscape run countless paths.
Some may be ancient,
Some were created when you were very young.
And some were formed by fear and survival.
Or a desire to belong.
And over time these paths became familiar to you.
And you walked them so often that they began to feel like the only routes available.
But familiarity isn't the same as truth,
And repetition is not the same as alignment.
So today we're going to give ourselves an opportunity to gently observe these paths.
Give yourself some time to notice the patterns that you've carried so far.
It might be a tendency to doubt yourself before you even begin or maybe an urge to rush when stillness would serve you.
Or maybe you have a habit of shrinking when your spirit longs to expand.
Whatever it may be,
Just give yourself a moment to recognize what they are.
You you you as you begin to bring these patterns to the forefront of your mind.
I'd like you to try and see these patterns not as enemies.
But more like attempts,
Intelligent attempts.
For your mind and heart to navigate the world.
Try and reframe them.
With a loving perspective.
Thank them,
Because they carried you through seasons that required them.
Thank you.
But now we get to ask ourselves,
Are they still needed?
Ask yourself that question and then pause and listen for a moment.
Are you still needed?
And notice how some of these patterns don't even answer.
They simply dissolve when you've questioned them.
And others may reveal themselves as old guardians standing watch over doors that have already been unlocked.
But now they may be protecting empty runes and now they're tired.
Imagine these patterns as your guardians.
And imagine approaching these guardians.
These inherited beliefs.
And just see them standing before you.
They're not threatening or powerful and they're just waiting.
Just waiting for permission to rest.
And from the deepest part of your being,
I'd like you to say.
Thank you for carrying me when I believed I needed you.
Thank you for carrying me when I believe I needed you.
You may rest now.
And as you say,
You may rest now.
You may begin to notice a softening.
And loosening.
May be an exhalation inside you.
Maybe that's relief.
That you never really needed to tear down old structures.
You just needed to acknowledge them and thank them.
And let them know.
That you no longer need their service.
Take another breath.
And as you breathe in,
Imagine fresh water entering a river.
As you breathe out,
Imagine stagnant water flowing away.
In newness.
Out,
Release.
In possibility.
Out completion.
There is a clear and luminous river flowing silently beneath your life.
The river is your true nature.
And it's always been here.
You can trust it,
Because the river knows the direction of your becoming.
And unlike fear,
It never shouts,
It doesn't pressure,
And it doesn't manipulate.
It simply flows.
So today,
Allow yourself to listen to this deeper current.
And appreciate the journey.
That you've been on.
Thank yourself for creating patterns.
I've got you through seasons.
But they can rest now.
And you can feel that new possibility.
Not as a future version of yourself,
But a living reality available right now.
New ways of operating don't arrive all at once,
They kind of arrive through small sacred choices,
One moment at a time.
You have the opportunity to create a new relationship with life itself.
It's within you.
You can touch old fears with warmth now.
Old stories with compassion.
Old limitations with understanding.
You're not here to become someone else.
You are here to become more fully yourself.
As you step into the day.
You can welcome the unfolding of your true nature.
And move with life rather than against it.
So thank yourself.
For getting through the seasons in the way you have.
And welcome.
This new version of you.
Have a wonderful day.
