Welcome!
My name is Nathalie and I am so grateful you are spending this time with me.
Today we have a gentle meditation to awaken creative energy.
Let's awaken the creative fire within.
So find a comfortable space,
Whether you want to sit or lie down.
And close your eyes.
Take a long slow inhale and exhale fully.
Feel your body energized and present.
And now place your hands over your solar plexus,
Just above your belly button.
Imagine the color yellow.
And with each inhale imagine a bright flame lightening within.
And with each exhale let that fire expand,
Circulating through your body.
Energizing your ideas,
Your actions and your passions.
And now visualize your creativity flowing from this fire.
Radiating through your hands,
Your mind and your heart.
And every breath fuels your imagination,
Your unique expression.
And now repeat silently,
I am a channel of creativity.
I am a channel of creativity.
My ideas flow freely and powerfully.
The fire within me guides my actions.
The fire within me guides my actions.
Feel this warmth underneath your fingers,
Underneath your fingers.
Your hands.
Feel this energy in your solar plexus.
And then gently release your hands.
Put them on your knees if you're lying down or next to you.
And feel all this creative energy coming up.
With every inhale you make more space.
And with every exhale you release all those limited beliefs.
And just see how you're overflowing with ideas and creativity.
And then slowly return your awareness to your body.
Keep your eyes closed.
And if you're lying down,
Bend your knees into your chest and roll over to one side.
Use one of your hands as a pillow for your head.
And then gently,
Gently pushing yourself up into a seated meditative position.
Place your hands in prayer position in front of your chest.
And we're gonna end this practice with one om and three shanties.
Inhaling deeply.
Om.
Shanty,
Shanty,
Shanty.
Bring your hands to your knees and bow down your head.
And then gently open your eyes and come all the way up.
Carry this spark with you.
And return to this practice whenever you need inspiration.
Share your creativity or hold it sacredly within until you think the time is right.
Don't forget to write everything down,
All your ideas.
And I would be very honored to welcome you next time.
Namaste.
