Welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Natalie and today I will be guiding you during this new moon in Pisces.

The new moon is a time of new beginnings,

Reflection and setting intentions.

Pisces,

The final sign of the zodiac,

Invites us to embrace deep emotions,

Intuition and spiritual connection.

This new moon is a portal for dreaming,

Surrendering and trusting the unseen.

During this meditation we will do a body scan,

A visualization and before we close off I'm gonna give you three practical tips on how to integrate this new moon in Pisces in your daily life.

So get comfortable,

Whether you decide to lay down or to just sit down.

Make it as comfortable as you need right now.

Maybe dim the lights.

Maybe you have some incense burning right now.

And make sure that nobody will disturb your peace for the upcoming 20 minutes.

Before we get into meditation I'm gonna give you a little bit of information of this collective energy.

Because this year the new moon in Pisces aligns with the start of Ramadan.

Ramadan is a sacred time of reflection,

Devotion and renewal for millions worldwide.

As the moon begins its cycle we too can embrace renewal,

Letting go of what no longer serves us and opening our hearts to new possibilities.

Whether you participate in Ramadan or simply wish to tune in to this powerful energy,

This is a time for inner stillness,

Compassion and deepening your connection to yourself as well as the world around you.

Pisces is a water sign deeply connected to emotions,

Dreams and the subconsciousness.

It's ruled by Neptune.

It encourages us to trust our intuition,

To tap into our creativity and to embrace a sense of universal love.

This is a time for spiritual exploration,

Surrendering to the flow of life and dissolving boundaries that keep us feeling separate.

Pisces reminds us that we are all interconnected,

Part of something greater than ourselves.

We will now choose our Sankalpa.

Sankalpa is a positive affirmation to be repeated and to be affirmed in the present tense,

As if it's already there.

You will be hearing five possible Sankalpas.

I will repeat every Sankalpa twice.

And you take the Sankalpa that resonates the best with you.

Don't try to overthink it.

You will know when this Sankalpa is for you.

Once you've heard all five of the Sankalpas and you feel like none of them resonates with you,

Feel free to choose your own.

Here we go.

So you will be hearing every Sankalpa twice.

I trust the flow of life and surrender to the universe.

I trust the flow of life and surrender to the universe.

I am deeply connected to my intuition and inner wisdom.

I embrace compassion for myself and others with an open heart.

I embrace compassion for myself and others with an open heart.

I allow my dreams and concerns to become reality.

I allow my dreams and creativity to guide me forward.

I am safe in the unknown,

Supported by the universe.

I am safe in the unknown,

Supported by the universe.

And now repeat the Sankalpa of your choice within yourself.

And let those words really mean something for you right now.

And then take a deep breath in and exhale everything out with a sigh.

And take another deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Allow yourself to settle into this moment.

And now bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Imagine a soft,

Warm light gently resting there,

Soothing and relaxing you.

And now move this awareness down to your forehead.

Relax your forehead,

Release any tension.

Let it travel to your eyes,

Your right eye,

Left eye,

The space in between your eyes.

Soften them.

And then let this light travel to your cheeks,

Your nose,

Your mouth,

Your jaw.

And let go of any tightness.

And bring your awareness to your throat.

Imagine a relaxing light on your throat and dissolving everything that was unset and creating peace and relaxation there.

And then bring your awareness and the light to relax you down your neck and your shoulders.

And with every exhale,

Feel how your shoulders become lighter,

As if a weight is dissolving.

And now shift your awareness to your right arm.

From your shoulders,

Down your elbows,

All the way down your wrists,

The palm of your hand,

The back of your hand,

And your thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

And pink.

And feel how your entire right arm is relaxed,

From your fingertips to your shoulder,

From your shoulder all the way down to your fingertips.

And now bring your awareness to your left arm,

To your left elbow,

All the way down to your left wrists,

The palm of your hand,

The back of your hand,

To your thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

And pink.

And imagine your entire left arm being completely relaxed,

From your fingertips all the way to your shoulder,

From your shoulder all the way down to your fingertips.

And now bring your awareness to your chest.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

Without any effort,

No need to adapt your breath,

Your breathing is effortlessly.

Effortlessly and peaceful.

And let your heart space soften and expand.

And now move down to your abdomen,

Allowing any tension to melt away.

Don't be surprised if there are some noises coming up.

This is how powerful this meditation is.

This is how much tension is there to be released.

And now feel your hips and your lower back soften.

Let go of anything you no longer need to carry.

And then bring your awareness to your right leg.

All the way down to your right knee,

Right ankle,

Your heel,

Top of the foot,

Big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Fifth toe.

Then imagine your entire right leg being completely relaxed,

From your toes to your hip,

From your hips to your toes.

And now shift your awareness to your left side,

To your left leg,

All the way down to your left knee,

Your left ankle,

The heel of your foot,

Top of the foot,

Big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Fifth toe.

Your entire left leg is now relaxed,

From your toes all the way up your hip,

From your hip all the way down to your toes.

Feel how your legs are completely relaxed.

Both of your legs are completely relaxed.

Feel how your arms are relaxed.

Both of your arms are completely relaxed.

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Your hips,

Completely relaxed and grounded into the earth.

Your body is completely relaxed,

From the crown of your head all the way down your toes.

And now take a deep breath in,

Filling your whole body with air,

Feeling completely relaxed and at peace.

And exhale completely.

Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a vast ocean under the night sky.

The new moon is hidden,

But the stars above shine brightly,

Guiding you.

With each breath,

Feel the gentle waves washing over your feet,

Connecting you to the energy of Pisces,

Fluid,

Deep and boundless.

In the distance,

You see a glowing light approaching.

And as it comes closer,

You realize it is a reflection of your own inner wisdom,

Guiding you forward.

You step into the water,

Feeling safe and supported.

With each step,

You release fear,

Doubt and anything that no longer serves you.

The ocean embraces you,

Holding you in a space of trust and surrender.

Now visualize a doorway of light opening before you.

Step through it into a space where your dreams and desires are manifesting effortlessly.

They are manifesting effortlessly.

Take this in.

What do you see?

What feelings arise?

Allow yourself to receive any messages that come through.

Breathe in this energy of possibility,

Knowing that you are fully supported in bringing your dreams into reality.

And when you feel ready,

Gently step back through the doorway,

Returning to the shoreline,

Carrying this sense of clarity and trust with you as you journey forward.

Gently return to your body in this present moment.

And then gently,

Gently bring your awareness back to your body.

Become aware of the space you are in.

Become aware of the temperature in the room.

Become aware of the noises that you hear inside your space.

Outside your space.

And then deepen your breath.

And introduce some micro movements or some bigger movements if you need to.

Try to remain with your eyes closed while you gently move your head from side to side.

Open and close your fingers.

Or maybe take a full body stretch with your arms overhead.

And then whenever you are ready,

Roll over to one side,

Using one of your hands as a pillow for your head.

And while you're lying there,

Take a moment to really feel this gratitude for your own body.

For yourself for taking this time.

And before we come back into a seated position,

I will share with you three tips on how to integrate the energy of Pisces into your daily life.

Keep a journal by your bed to write down your dreams or intuitive thoughts.

Because Pisces energy enhances our subconscious wisdom.

Engage in creative activities like painting,

Music,

Writing.

Because Pisces drives an imagination,

An artistic flow.

And thirdly,

Dedicate some time to meditate,

Prayer,

Connecting with something greater than yourself,

Aligned with Pisces spiritual essence.

And then slowly,

Remaining with your eyes closed,

Push yourself up into a seated meditative position.

Remain with your eyes closed and put your hands in front of your heart.

Inhale through your nose.

And exhale everything out.

We're going to end this class with one Aum and three Shanties.

Aum is the universal sound and Shanty means peace.

We say this three times to have inner peace.

Peace for the people around us and peace for everyone else.

Here we go.

We're going to take a deep inhale.

Aum.

Shanty.

Shanty.

Shanty.

Feel this inner vibration.

Feel this inner peace.

And then slowly bring your hands down.

And slowly bow down your heads.

Open your eyes and come all the way up.

Know that the energy of this new moon will continue to support you in the days ahead.

You are exactly where you need to be.
