So just lie down in a comfortable position with your palms facing up,

Feet falling to the side naturally,

Closing down the eyes.

Coming to a natural breath in and out,

Breathing through the nose,

Feeling your stomach move in and out with your breath.

And as you're breathing in,

Visualise breathing in new energy and on the out breath visualise releasing the old energy.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Sinking deeper into the couch or the bed.

Breathing deeper and imagining your body is connected to the earth,

Feeling very grounded.

And on the out breaths now visualise that there are energetic roots going down into the earth.

And as you breathe in,

Imagine the earth's roots coming up to meet yours.

On the out breath visualise you giving your old expired tired energy to Mother Earth.

And then on the in breath visualising Mother Earth giving back to you fresh,

Clean,

Renewed,

Inspired energy.

And as we are one and everything is energy,

Know that your connection to the earth is real.

We are a part of her and she is a part of us.

We are here to give to her and she is here to give to us.

She is a living being.

Just feeling that grounding energy,

That healing energy from her.

Just noticing the energy coming up,

How it fills your body,

How it's slowly replenishing and energising your cells,

Your blood,

Your bones,

Your aura and revitalising your life force energy.

Maybe you can feel this with tingling or warmth or a fuzzy feeling and if not that's okay.

The visualisation of this is enough.

So know that any time you can tap into this energy and receive healing from Mother Earth and you can also heal yourself through visualisation,

Conscious breath,

Belief and remembering that you are one with everything.

And we are shifting energy all the time,

Shifting from positive states to negative states.

The negative states are here to point us back to our true self.

They're here to show us what to do next.

They're here to show us that we are out of alignment and all that is needed is a recalibration and a shifting of that energy.

You are your own healer.

You are your own guru.

You are your own life coach.

And when we access this state of stillness and coming home to ourself,

We are able to receive our inner wisdom.

We are able to receive messages from the universe.

We can connect with our guides and we gain clarity in our next direction.

So all that is required is for you to be willing and also to put the time aside to access the stillness.

Not a lot of time is needed.

Even two minutes a day can help us stay on a positive path and keep moving forward.

Just remember to come back to stillness.

Come back to you.

Come back to your heart.

For in this place,

You will not receive any untruth.

So I just want you to notice if there is any internal wisdom coming forth right now,

You may ask,

What is it I need to know right now?

Or how can I solve this problem?

Or what is my next step?

Do not overthink what you received.

If it was a word,

An inspiration,

A feeling,

A knowingness,

It's all your intuition.

So receive what you need to and say thank you.

And now coming back to the roots of the earth and the roots of you,

A connection.

Say thank you and gently let go.

And start coming back to your body.

Start feeling your body heavy on the couch or the bed again.

Being conscious of every part of your body now laying on the bed.

Being conscious of your breath again.

And just gently,

Gently moving your muscles,

Your fingers and toes.

And as you're coming out of this state,

Just notice how different your body feels.

Notice how different your nervous system feels.

Notice how different your state of mind feels.

And just know that all that took was 18 minutes.

So thank you for joining today.

Thank you for showing up for you.

Know that you are your own healer and you are powerful.

Soothing experience. Beautiful music. I wish the meditation lasted the full 20 minutes. Guidance ends and returns you to waking consciousness then the music plays on for over 2 minutes. Thank you.
