Flowing into the unknown.
Today we will learn to flow into the unknown and feel safe to explore in the loving embrace of our soul's guidance.
I've always prided myself on being very disciplined,
But a year ago I realised that I'd become a prisoner of my routines.
These routines were dictating the rhythm of my days.
This fixed attitude to life started to morph as I was gently nudged to become more flexible and to see the unknown as the true magic in motion that it is.
I felt the need to approach life honouring the rhythms of my natural energy flow.
And that meant realising that I didn't want to show up every day in exactly the same way.
That I didn't want to be or do the same thing every day.
That I wanted to flow into the unknown.
So where can you embrace the intuitive power of your soul and allow yourself to let go of the conscious and unconscious control you may have applied to one or several areas of your life?
Where in your life can you dismantle structures that are robbing you of your freedom?
That are inhibiting the full flow of your intuition and keeping you from expressing the true power of your soul?
Where can you build more fluid structures?
Like the river flowing in the banks it it carves for itself but still free to flow like a torrent be still,
Gently move or tumble down into the waterfall.
So get comfortable,
Relax,
Close your eyes and take a few deep slow breaths.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Focus on one area of your life that you feel could be infused with more joy,
Fluidity and a greater sense of expansion.
It is time now to get back in your body.
Trust in yourself and know that by flowing into the unknown you are aligning with the highest expression of your soul purpose and receiving the loving,
Joyful guidance of your inner child as well as awakening the explorer in you.
The unknown is here to fulfill your deepest desires,
Expand your life and bring a powerful simplicity to your life.
This meditation can be done again to look at another part of your life that you feel could be infused with more flow.
Thank you for accompanying me on this journey.
Many blessings to you.
