Welcome,
My name is Natalie Barney and today we will travel to the ancient land of Lemuria,
Also known as New,
To receive a deep healing session from the Lemurian High Council.
Lemuria is known as the Lost Continent of the Pacific and could date back to as much as four and a half million years BC.
It was a highly evolved matriarchal civilization with a strong connection to nature and a sophisticated use of crystals as communication and healing tools.
Lemuria is believed to have been a continent where heaven really was a place on earth.
In Lemuria,
Life worked in harmony.
All beings were seen as equal and all were deeply reverent of Mother Earth.
Lemurians were at one with nature and saw everything around them as sentient beings.
They communicated with trees,
Flowers,
Animals and all the elements.
Many myths speak of a great flood or cataclysm which brought about the end and sinking of Lemuria.
Some Lemurians went into the ocean and shapeshifted into whales,
Dolphins and the Mer people.
Others went underground into tunnels deep into the earth.
Others became the stone people,
Whilst others fled to other lands.
It is thought that some Lemurians became the shamans and healers of the globe,
Sharing their healing gifts and passing them on.
This may be why so many of the world's religions,
Lineage and healing modalities are so similar when you break them down in essence,
Because they all come from the same Lemuria.
Some believe that there is a Lemurian civilization living within and underneath Mount Shasta,
A volcano in California.
A few years ago I had a direct experience receiving a healing session where I was taken back to Lemuria.
I entered a great cave under a majestic mountain,
Probably Mount Shasta,
Although I didn't know about it at the time.
Once in the cave I was guided to stand in the center of a circle,
Surrounded by 12 beings of light.
At least that is the way they appear to me as their bodies almost seem transparent.
There was so much love within this circle and it truly felt as if I'd come home.
I saw myself living in this peaceful and loving community and I knew then that I'd lived many lives in Lemuria.
So powerful was this experience that I didn't want to come back to my present life.
I felt as though I'd been asked to forsake heaven on earth and so much grief and sadness emerged in me.
But I came back and I came back with a gift,
The gift of knowing that I have and will always have in me the healing frequencies of Lemuria.
And soon after this experience I connected with my Lemurian guide,
Ula,
Who has been supporting me since then in reconnecting with my dormant Lemurian codes.
Today we will travel back together to Lemuria and receive a healing experience from the Lemurian High Council,
Who has very special messages for you.
So get comfortable,
Relax,
Close your eyes and take a few deep slow breaths.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
See yourself in an ancient forest with lush trees.
Hear the birds singing.
Feel a soft air gently caressing your face.
You see a great mountain in the horizon.
All around you are the sounds of life,
Vibrant,
Joyful and so familiar.
In front of you stands a path weaving through the trees and you choose to follow it.
The enchanting beauty of this forest stirs memories.
Memories of a time when you might have called this place home.
After a few moments walking this magical path you reach what looks like a cave opening.
It is covered with foliage but you can still see a shimmering light backing you in.
The foliage protecting the entrance suddenly opens and you find yourself in a majestic cave.
A cave full of light,
Airy,
With the energy of a sacred temple.
You become aware of the presence of tall light-filled beings.
They are radiating so much love and you sense their joy at welcoming you in their midst.
Words are not needed.
You can hear and feel these beings as they vibrate their energy straight into your heart center.
One of these beings steps forward and welcomes you on behalf of the Lumierean High Council and then you hear in your head the following words.
You are one of us and we are so happy to welcome you today to our healing circle.
Our healing vitality and life force energy are flowing through you and to you.
You are a healer and you provide healing for yourself and others even if you are not conscious of it.
We are here to assist you in healing whatever part of your life needs clearing or unblocking.
The universe is so grateful for you.
You are a gift to the world.
Feel gratitude for everything in your life,
Even the things that don't seem perfect.
Just trust that whatever needs healing in your life is being resolved.
Your so-called faults are really only your virtues.
Trust your intuition and know that you are on the right path.
Take time to nurture yourself.
Allow your inner child free reign.
Believe in your dreams.
Don't stifle your emotions and trust the messages they're giving you.
Emotional healing energy is expanding within you.
There is a profound source of strength and power within you and it is expanding now.
Put your roots down into Mother Earth and feel her love,
Her strength.
We will now place you in the center of our healing circle.
Receive our light,
Our love and know that there is always immense unseen but very real support around you.
Allow yourself to feel your emotions deeply now.
Embrace and accept where you are in a great circle of your life.
It is now time for us to say goodbye,
But know that we are always with you.
Feel the immense peace and love you receive from the Lemurian High Council and know that the Lemurian energies are now flowing back onto our planet,
Ever closer,
Ever stronger.
They are within you and always have been.
See yourself back into your chair,
Your room.
Move your body.
Please be gentle with yourself as you return back to your world.
