Welcome,

Dear one.

You have travelled so far within.

Let yourself pause here and soften.

You are safe to arrive.

Feel your body supported beneath you.

Feel your breath,

Steady,

Spacious.

There is nothing you need to be.

Just here.

Just now.

We are going to take a few deep breaths.

Inhaling through our nose and exhaling through our mouth with a deep sigh.

So let's take three breaths together.

Let's take a deep inhale through our nose and sighing whilst exhaling through our mouth.

Once more.

And then a last time.

Imagine a soft light beginning to glow within your chest.

It is quiet,

Gentle,

And yet certain.

This is you.

A part of you that has always been here.

A part of you that is returning now.

With each breath,

This light grows warmer.

It isn't arriving from outside.

It is rising from within.

From a memory of your wholeness.

Allow this light to fill your heart,

Your body,

Your field.

Welcome it like a long-lost friend.

We're going to repeat a few affirmations three times each.

Either repeat them after me in your head,

Silently,

Or loudly if it's possible,

Or just let my words resonate.

Allow these words to land softly.

I welcome all that I am becoming.

I am safe to return to myself.

I receive anew with grace.

I am whole.

I am home.

Once more.

I welcome all that I am becoming.

I am safe to return to myself.

I receive anew with grace.

I am whole.

I am home.

And then a third and last time.

I welcome all that I am becoming.

I am safe to return to myself.

I receive anew with grace.

With ease.

With love.

Breathe into the fullness of who you are.

Who you've become.

Not who you were.

Not who you will be.

But who you are now.

A soul returning home.

Home to itself.

Home with love.

With power.

With light.

Take a moment to rest in this inner home.

You can return here anytime.

There is nothing but love,

Compassion,

Expansion,

And joy awaiting you in your inner home.

This home is always there.

The fire is always lit.

Food is always ready.

And there's always light.

The light is always on.

So tend to your inner home.

To your inner garden.

And rejoice at your own return.
