This visualization will allow you to release emotional stress, anxiety, pain, and hurt in a gentle and loving way. You will be guided through a unique journey that will support your letting go of any and all feelings that stop you from living a joyful and free life.

Hello beautiful soul,
Welcome to this new meditation.
Today I am going to guide you through a powerful visualization that will help you release any feeling,
Any attachment that makes you feel frustrated or fearful,
Angry,
Sad regarding people.
Whether that's your family,
Your friends,
Also certain feelings that are attached to different situations in your life that you have been through or you are going through now.
And yeah,
It's a powerful one and you just need to relax and follow my guide.
So I'm gonna ask you to lay down in a comfortable place or you can also do this meditation while sitting down.
I recommend you close your eyes so you can fully immerse in the visuals that I'll be guiding you through and take a moment to breathe.
We'll do three breaths together.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale one more time,
Exhale.
And I want you to take a moment to scan your body and the sensations you're feeling at the moment.
Any tension in your muscles,
On your chest,
On your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your neck,
Your face and then all the way down to your stomach and your pelvis,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Just take a moment to fully scan whatever you might be feeling and allow yourself to sink into the bed or the couch or the chair,
Wherever you're at.
Allow your body to just release whatever needs to be released and sink into the place you're in.
Take deep breaths and just keep on sinking.
I want you to just imagine a beautiful white light that's positioned right over your head.
This white light is going to allow you to remember to relax certain muscles along your body.
So this white light is just above your head and you remember to relax your forehead muscles and allow for any tensions on your skin to relax and your ears and your scalp,
Your nose,
Your eyes,
Your mouth,
Your lips,
Your neck.
And this light is going to just travel along down your body to your neck,
Reminding you to release any tension in your neck,
In your shoulders,
Down to your chest,
Your heart,
Your lungs,
Any bones and muscles that are feeling maybe weird,
Tensioned.
Just allow this light to remind you to relax and release.
And now the light is slowly going down to your tummy,
All your internal organs that are in your stomach,
Your intestines,
Your kidneys,
Your bowel,
Your back.
Everything just relaxes.
Going down to your pelvis,
The beginning of your legs,
Down to your knees.
This light reminds you to release any tension in your calves,
Down to your feet,
Your toes.
You can even move your fingers for a little bit.
Just release any energy that's stagnant there.
Now that your body is a little bit more relaxed,
I want you to imagine that you are in a beautiful,
Beautiful meadow and it's a beautiful,
Green,
Shiny green grass meadow and it's so big you cannot seem to know where it starts or where it ends.
You can just see beautiful blue sky in the horizon with beautiful clouds,
White puffy clouds and the grass on this meadow looks so comfortable and so welcoming,
So healthy and nurturing.
Just take a moment to embrace this meadow.
How does this grass feel under your feet?
The moisture of the grass and the soil,
How does it smell like?
How does it feel like?
Can you hear any birds singing or any other animal that might be here with you?
Just take a moment to embrace your surroundings and look around this meadow.
If you feel like running around,
Just walking or sitting,
Rolling in the meadow,
Anything you want to do here is fine.
It's something you need to do,
Something your body is asking you to do and there's no one else here.
It's only you,
You and the meadow and as you look into the horizon,
Into the distance,
I want you to imagine a hot air balloon,
Huge,
Colorful hot air balloon that's just waiting there and you're feeling kind of curious so you start to walk approaching this hot air balloon and there's actually no one in the basket.
It's just there by itself and as you come closer to see it,
The door to the hot air balloon basket just opens when you come near it and you hop on in and the door closes behind you and it's just you and the hot air balloon and this hot air balloon begins to fly up in the sky slowly and steadily and you're just so excited to begin this journey and somehow as this hot air balloon keeps going up,
It kind of begins to slow down.
Suddenly it stops mid-air and it stopped because on the floor,
On the basket,
Right beneath your feet,
There's some weights that you've been carrying for a very long time and you brought them up to the hot air balloon and these weights are not allowing the balloon to keep on flying and I want you to take a moment,
Just look down to the floor and you'll see a handful of sand sacks or sand weights and they have different sizes and different weights and you'll notice that all of them have a special tag in them and this tag is telling you an emotion,
A situation,
A relationship with someone that feels like a weight like a weight in your life,
A weight that is not allowing you to fly and to feel free and to keep growing and I want you to take a moment to just look at these weights and you can grab them,
You can touch them,
See the tags,
Breathe the tags,
What do they say,
What feelings are keeping you small and what feelings feel like weights on your life and on your desire to fly away and to be free.
It may be your relationship with someone in your family,
A relationship with a friend,
Something about the relationship with yourself,
An emotion,
A sensation,
Physical pain,
A certain situation that has you feeling anxious or frustrated,
Sad or angry,
Resentful resentful and as you read them prepare yourself to just throw them away and when I tell you,
You will grab your first weight with both of your hands and I want you to feel the weight and look at the tag and feel the weight of this emotion,
Situation,
Relationship,
Just feel it in your body,
Feel it in your hands,
Feel it in your shoulders and your back and your legs and when you feel ready I just want you to throw it out of the basket and throw it with all of your might and all of your strength and your commitment and your will,
Just throw it out the basket.
It's not serving you anymore,
It's a weight in your life that's preventing you from flying away,
From feeling free and do the same with all of the other weights and just take a moment to really grab all of the weights,
Feel them.
If you feel like it you may also thank them for their service and thank them for showing you what is no longer resonating in your life and you just throw them away,
Throw them down and this doesn't mean that you're throwing away people in your life,
It means that you're just releasing your body and your mind and your emotions from the weight and the negative attachment that you have with that person,
With that situation.
You are releasing the perception and the emotional baggage that you have with that particular person or context.
So take your time to throw them all down the basket and as you do that you'll notice how the hot air balloon slowly begins to move again and from mid air now it's starting to go up and up and higher every time you throw a weight of your life,
Every time you release an emotion you start to go up and up and up and when you are done releasing all the weights in your life your hot air balloon just thrives in the air and you're finally ready to enjoy the trip and enjoy the journey and take this beautiful moment to just look around the beautiful scenery and you're flying high through the clouds and you're feeling safer and freer and joyful and happy and you're just wandering around with no other concern than to enjoy the way and look at everything around you from a different perspective,
From a different point of view,
A lighter one,
A more loving one.
Just take a few deep breaths of release,
All the weights you have released,
They allow you to feel this free and they allow you to enjoy your journey way more without concerns,
Just pure relaxation and joy and in your body wherever you felt the emotional release imagine that you are replacing that part of you with beautiful golden light so if you released any tensions and any emotional baggage from your shoulders or your back or your heart,
Your mind,
Your legs,
Whatever it may be,
Imagine that you are filling that place,
That area with a beautiful and healing and loving and compassionate golden light,
Shiny shiny golden light that is just taking all that space,
All that space that was carrying so much weight and so much emotional burden and you fill it in with love and light and healing.
Take a moment to embrace this beautiful golden light in every and any part of you that felt any kind of release and if you can't recall any body part just fill your heart fill your heart with beautiful golden light and when you feel ready you may begin to open your eyes,
Just feel your body again and feel this sensation of floating free and joyful and relaxed just through the sky and through the clouds.
Allow your body to remember how it feels to release so much tension and so much emotions and all these energetic weights that keep you attached to certain situations and people in an unloving way and you just release all that and you feel free to begin a new type of relationship with yourself or your family or your friends and you may also allow yourself to see whatever you're going through from a different perspective and a different point of view.
So I want you to take a deep breath,
Let it all go and welcome back.
