Good morning,

Beautiful soul.

Welcome to this safe space of love and light.

Make yourself comfortable while lying down with your hands on your heart or in a seated position with your feet touching the ground.

You may repeat the following affirmations out loud or in silence.

Allow yourself to tune into the words' vibrations and the feelings that arise.

Take a deep breath in and slowly let the air out with a sigh.

Let's begin.

I am grateful for this beautiful new day.

I am grateful for my healthy body.

I am grateful for food and water.

I am grateful for the roof over my head.

I am grateful for the people I love.

I am grateful for all that I have learned to this day.

I am grateful for the sun and the moon.

I am grateful for all living beings.

I am grateful for my creativity.

I am grateful for the infinite possibilities and opportunities that this day brings for me.

I am grateful for my intuition.

I am grateful for the money in my bank account.

I am grateful for all that I have and all that I am.

I am grateful for my courage.

I am grateful for all that I am achieving.

I am grateful for my constant expansion.

I am grateful for my healing journey.

I am grateful for the synchronicities I encounter every day.

I am grateful for divine timing.

I am grateful to be alive.

With your hands still holding your heart,

Imagine a puppy or a kitten or a baby animal that you love.

Hold that baby animal in your chest and smile.

Feel the kindness and tenderness fill up your entire body.

Feel the depth of love.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it for a few seconds and let it all out.

You may begin to gently move your toes and fingers.

Gently begin to open your eyes.

Enjoy the wonderful feeling of giving yourself 5 minutes of light.
