Welcome to your meditation today.
Make sure that you have somewhere peaceful and silent to offer this time for yourself and get yourself in a nice comfortable position making sure that your spine is nice and straight whether that's lying down or seated.
Allow your body to settle in this position that feels best for you.
Let your arms just rest wherever feels most natural and let your neck soften,
Let your shoulders drop from the ears and take a nice deep breath in and let it go deep breath in and release one more time deep breath in and soften and I invite you to find that rhythm of breath that feels just like what you need right now just what your body needs to feel more spacious softer more relaxed not perfect rhythm but brings you back into that balance of breathing in and exhaling everything else out of your system and exhaling any stress,
Any worries,
Preoccupations exhaling tightness,
Constriction,
Stiffness within the body and allowing your mind to rest in this rhythm of breath following this air coming all the way in and flowing all the way out and I want you to bring all of your awareness to the very top of your head and as you start to move like a wave down into your scalp and your skull just thank each and every part of you for being here today and thanking your head and your skull and your scalp for carrying your hair all those millions of gentle strands of hair and thank you eyes for allowing me to see to witness the world to see my loved ones all the things that I love and thank you ears for allowing me to speak move your awareness down into your mouth thank your mouth for allowing me to speak,
Allowing me to eat delicious nourishing foods thank you for helping me speak my truth to the world,
To the voices of the people that I love,
Music,
Laughter move your awareness down into your throat,
Your neck and your shoulders thank you shoulders,
Thank you neck for holding my head,
My brain I allow you to rest,
Release any weight that I've been carrying and as your awareness moves down,
Your arms and hands,
Thank you arms and hands for all the ways you reach out and you create and connect with others thank you for the ability of sensing texture,
Texture of flower petals,
Texture of grass sand on a beach soft hairs of a puppy or a kitten and gently scanning down into the heart and the chest,
Thank you heart for beating thank you for keeping me alive you are strong and you are tender thank you chest and ribcage for holding my heart and my lungs together thank your lungs for breathing,
For allowing me to experience what it's like when I breathe in fresh air and I let myself fill up with all these beautiful delicious scents and smells from the world allow yourself to move your awareness into your stomach,
All those organs that your stomach is carrying for you thank you belly for digesting my food,
Nutrients,
Minerals,
Nourishment thank you for also holding my gut instinct and that intuition that I carry with me every single day move down your hips and your pelvis,
Thank you pelvis and hips for grounding me,
For holding my upper body and my lower body thank you for the source of strength of power and as you move down your legs and feet thank you for holding me up,
For moving me forward you carry me everywhere I want to go to thank you for the opportunities,
The experiences I get to walk into thank you for allowing me to run and jump now allow yourself to just rest in the presence of your body,
No need to change anything just being in this space of quiet resonance with all parts of you muscles,
Bones,
Organs,
Cells,
Tissue you are allowed to appreciate yourself without any conditions and your body is worthy of love,
Of honoring just as it is right here,
Right now for all that it does for you without you needing to have to think about it your body breathes for you,
Digests food for you,
Integrates energies,
Frequencies for you your body keeps you alive without you needing to have to think about it in every single second it's just naturally supporting you so take a couple of seconds to honor that honor the fact that you're alive honor the fact that you have this body that allows you to experience the world in so many different ways,
Through texture,
Through colors,
Through sounds and smells even that soft blowing of the wind that you feel in your hair,
Back of your neck,
In your arms temperature of water,
When you go swimming in the ocean,
Lake,
River or just resting in your bathtub your body allows you to be human allows you to work out,
Become stronger,
Powerful healthier,
More powerful so thank yourself for taking this space,
This time to honor that all that you can do,
