Start by taking three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the nose.

Now relaxing the entire body from head to toe,

Starting at the crown of the head.

Imagine that there is a golden light coming through your body and when it moves through each and every cell,

You become more deeply,

Deeply relaxed.

Coming down over the forehead,

The eyes,

The cheekbones,

Nose,

Your mouth,

Your jaw,

Down the back of your head and around your throat.

Feel your throat relax now.

Coming down through your collarbone,

Over your shoulders and down your arms,

Through your elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Through your hands and every finger right to the fingertips.

Now see that golden light come down through your heart space,

Feeling your chest open and relax.

And then down your back,

Your shoulder blades,

Your spine,

Coming around your ribcage and swirling and swooshing around your torso and your lower back.

Feeling that golden light coming in through your pelvis,

Feeling more deeply,

Deeply relaxed as it moves down through your thighs,

Your knees,

Your shins,

Calves,

Ankles.

And then finally makes its way down through your feet,

Through every toe to the tips of your toes.

And just notice how you feel so deeply,

Deeply relaxed.

Notice how your body is just fully supported wherever you find yourself.

And as we bring the light through,

Know that your nervous system and vagus nerve are becoming more deeply,

Deeply relaxed and there's absolutely nothing that you need to do.

Just be open and receptive and know that the light is doing the work on your behalf so that you can feel even more healthy,

Even more revitalized,

Nourished,

Rejuvenated throughout your entire body.

Feeling relaxed,

Calm,

Soothed.
