It brings me joy to help people rediscover their peaceful true nature and all around state of wellness. Thank you so much, it helps me to feel refreshed and energised. But, I have a question, in every practice of Yoga Nidra, I am used to doze off a few seconds. Would the practice be remain effective? Is it normal to doze off?
