108 Gayatri Mantra - Chant Along with Gurubai
This is a 108 times classic Sanskrit Gayatri Mantra chanting in two female voices a capella by two fellow practitioners, Nadia and Maya (Gurubai), who shared this practice multiple times in Australia before recording it. It has a short intentional silence at the beginning so you can re-center your mind before starting to chant. If this is your first time practicing Gayatri Mantra, it's an ancient universal mantra and the benefits of chanting it are immense. There are millions of people on this planet who have been practicing it daily for thousands of years, and it only gets more powerful the more you practice. It calms the mind, elevates your vibrations and also serves as a pranayama as you will notice it encourages a specific breathing pattern. You can listen a few times first to absorb the tune, before you start chanting along. After the practice ends, we suggest you don't rush to get up, instead stay in silence for a minute or two to enjoy its effects.
