In today's session, we will explore Mantra with Nadav. How does mantra work? The repetition of particular sounds with particular sonic frequencies helps us enter a meditative state where we can steady our mind and recalibrate our nervous systems, cutting through the challenges life throws our way. All it requires of us is to pay attention and focus on the repeated sound or phrase.
