Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu - may all beings everywhere be happy, healthy and free - is an invocation for personal & collective peace. Chanting or listening to it is particularly supportive in these challenging times we are facing on our planet. This mantra implies that our own joy & freedom is reliant on the freedom & well being of all of creation. It happens in togetherness. We ask that our thoughts, words, and actions contribute to the happiness, prosperity and freedom for one & all.
