Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
A short tension release session for your daily use.
I will guide you into and out of the meditation with the girls.
Find yourself in a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in 1,

Hold 1,

Exhale 1,

Hold 1,
2,
3,

Inhale 1,

Inhale as deep as you can and exhale with a deep sigh.
Release all the tension around your neck and shoulders.
Adjust your position if needed and let's begin.
Focusing on your breath,
Notice how the air comes inside you and how it leaves your body.
With the next in-breath,
Imagine breathing in light and love and exhaling the tension,
Worry,
Anxiety,
Pain,
Bad memories.
With every in-breath,
Notice your body get lighter and lighter,
Leaving behind what no longer serves you.
If you feel any tension,
Breathe out through it.
If the tension persists,
Ask your body what it needs.
Why is it there?
What can you do to release it?
Stuck emotions create energy blocks that in the end notify us with attention or pain.
Try to ask yourself what do you feel?
What is this tension trying to tell you?
Let this emotion arise.
Breathe in deeply and exhale with a deep sigh through this emotion and caused tension.
Let it go.
Let it free.
Let the natural energy flow return.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in and notice if there is a difference in your body.
Breathe out and release anything that is left from this tension.
Take a moment to notice your inner space and the light and love that you continuously were breathing in.
Fill your body with this beautiful energy.
Notice how every cell of your body is grateful that you took this moment and released the old and stuck energy.
Breathe in and feel your body smiling.
Breathe out and continue your day with this new energy.
