Welcome to this Get Inspired Practice Meditation.

When you feel inspired,

You feel happy,

You feel joyful,

And that's when you can feel connected to your higher self,

To the Source,

To the energy of the Universe.

This state of being is very powerful.

It's when you can feel the best version of yourself and create something unique,

Following your inner guidance and fulfilling your purpose.

If you can feel yourself inspired and practice to stay in this state of being longer,

You can achieve anything you want and become the light for the world.

The more you practice it,

The more you feel that you are on your true soul path,

And the more goodness you can bring to the world.

This also helps you to stop judging others,

Strengthen your faith in yourself and concentrate on what you can give to the world to make it a better place,

And on the value you can bring by opening up your unique skills.

This practice truly changes your life,

As it helps you to eliminate negative subconscious programs and habits and become fully happy.

Let's begin this practice by making yourself comfortable.

Relax your body.

You may close your eyes.

The most important part of this practice is to set an intention.

I'd like to feel inspired and become a better version of myself.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Relax your body deeper.

Start breathing deeper,

Concentrating on your breath.

Try not to think about anything.

Bring your attention to the area of your heart.

Breath feeling your heartbeat and the warmth your heart generates.

If any of your thoughts come up,

Don't give them your attention.

Simply allow them to come and let them go.

Keep breathing for a few more minutes.

Now recall the situation when you felt inspired,

When you did something that you love the most,

Or when you helped someone,

Or someone was extremely grateful for what you did,

For your skills,

For your help.

Recall that feeling when you felt absolutely happy,

When you were fully devoted to a specific practice or work.

Recall that feeling when you felt that what you do is meaningful,

That you bring so much goodness and usefulness to people,

To the world.

Did it create any specific sensations within your body?

It could be a warm feeling in a specific area of your body.

What is this sensation?

Concentrate on it.

Remember this feeling.

Hold it.

Now let's strengthen this feeling within your body by listening to the following affirmations.

I am a unique being.

I have the divine spark within.

I have my own unique skills,

And by opening them up,

I feel happy.

I feel that I am on the right path.

I am blessed to live in this beautiful world,

And I am divinely guided my true soul path.

What I do is meaningful,

Useful for people.

I bring goodness to people.

I help them,

And it makes me feel happier.

Stay in this state of being for a few more minutes.

Now you can step into your day inspired,

Knowing that you can achieve anything you want,

And by doing what you love the most,

Bring so much goodness into the world.
