And it holds everything within you.
So surrender what is heavy onto the earth.
You don't have to carry it all by yourself.
Your body is a treasure.
Your body is this vessel through which you live and feel and love and grow.
Your body is a wonder.
It is the vehicle for your soul.
Your body is the channel through which you heal the past.
Your body is the channel through which you generate the present and the future.
Your body is holy because it carries you.
