Before we begin.
Take a moment now.
To arrive.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
Nothing else you need to do.
Just be in this moment.
And take a deep breath in.
And slowly release it.
Let your body settle naturally.
Adjusting gently.
Until you feel supported.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Your jaw to unclench.
And your brow to smooth.
Take another slow breath in through your nose filling your chest.
Your belly.
And release it gently through your mouth.
Again.
Inhale deeply.
And exhale.
Letting go just a little bit more.
So,
NOW.
Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm Effortless.
On Force.
Begin to notice.
The space around you.
The subtle sounds.
The quiet.
The stillness.
And imagine now.
That with each sound.
You are moving further inward.
As though you're gently stepping away from the outer world and into a deeper,
Quieter sanctuary.
Within yourself.
You Imagine you are entering a sacred space.
A place of stillness,
Of safety.
And of quiet presence.
A place.
Where your body is.
And your mind.
Can finally rest.
With every breath.
Feel yourself arriving more fully.
Dropping down,
Layer by layer.
Into stillness.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head and gently.
Slowly.
Allow a wave of relaxation to begin moving downward.
Softening the scalp.
The forehead.
The space around your eyes.
And let your eyes grow heavy.
Relax your cheeks your jaw.
And your tongue resting softly.
Feel this wave moving down.
Into your neck.
Your shoulders.
Releasing whatever you've been carrying Let your shoulders drop heavy,
Supported.
Your arms,
Your hands are soft and still.
You Feel the wave continue.
Through your chest.
You're back?
Releasing tension.
And opening space.
Down into your abdomen.
Your hips.
And let your body feel grounded.
Support it.

You And I think that's a really important lesson that we can all learn from each other.
Imagine.
In the center of your body gentle vertical line of energy.

Your current of energy.
And along this channel.
Seven centers of life.
Resting quietly.
Waiting to be awakened.
Tonight.
You are simply allowing them to come into balance.
With no force,
No effort.
Just awareness.
And the gentle support of sound.

Shift awareness to your upper abdomen.
And see a radiant yellow light.
Like a sun within you.
WAR.

Expanding outward.

A gentle green light expands.

A blue light begins to spin.

On the space.
Between your eyebrows.
A deep indigo light glows.
Quiet.
Steady.
Inward.

To the top of your head.
A violet or white light opens upwards.
Expanding.
Limitless.
Repeat.
I am connected.
I am whole.
I am one.
You Rest in stillness.
Allow your awareness to take in the whole body all seven centers.
A lie.
Balance.
A column of light.
Flowing freely from root to crown.
Effortless.
Continuous.
Feel the gentle harmony within you.
Quiet intelligence.
A natural balance.
There is nothing you need to fix.
Nothing you need to change.
Your system already knows how to return to harmony.
Allow yourself to rest here.
In stillness.
Openness.
In quiet presence.

Notice how your body feels.

Let everything be exactly as it is.
There is no need to name it.
Or even understand.
Just feel.

To the space around it.

Perhaps for a few more breaths.
Noticing the quiet within you.
And the stillness you've created.
And when it feels right.

Open your eyes.
