Take a deep breath in.
Let it fill your belly.
And a long exhale out.
Through your mouth.
Through your toes.
Your fingers.
Feel your jaw relax.
Your hips.
As you inhale,
Continue.
In through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Allow yourself time and space to relax and get comfortable.
There's no need to force it,
There's no need to rush it.
Give this time to yourself to savor every drop of your being.
Continue to feel your inhales and exhales.
And notice your heart beating inside your chest.
Imagine with each inhale and exhale,
They're allowing your heart to beat stronger and powerfully with you.
As you start to imagine that someone is putting warm stones,
Massaging them from your feet,
Underneath your toes,
Into your heels.
Moving them around your ankles.
And into your calves.
Imagine this warmth and pressure just relaxing every muscle that it comes into contact with.
There's no rush.
Let it work its way up your legs.
Into your hips.
Your pelvis,
Your belly.
All soothing and relaxing.
Melting any tightness or tension or blocks or feels,
Letting it all move.
Check back into your breath,
Take an inhale deep as deep as you can.
And exhale.
As this warmth moves up your chest,
Into your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your mind,
Let it loosen up your ears.
Relax your jaw.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Allow yourself to be.
Allow anything that comes up to be.
Allow your simple breath to connect you with it and get intimate with the feeling of it.
Exhale.
Exhale.
Exhale.
Exhale.
Feel your toes and your fingers.
As you start to come back in.
Imagine you're filled with every color in the rainbow.
As you move your big toes,
Your thumbs imagine red,
Orange,
Your pointer fingers,
Your second toes,
Yellow.
Your middle fingers,
Your middle toes,
Green,
Ivory.
Your ring fingers.
Your fourth toes,
Blue,
And your pinkies,
Purple,
Beautiful white violet.
And see the colors seeping in to your center to meet your heart,
Where you've just brought life into.
Open your eyes,
Stretch your neck.
And welcome back.
Thank you so much for sharing this with us.
For coming to you from New Mexico.
And some hot springs.
And it's been a pleasure.
Thank you and have a beautiful day.
See you soon.
