Connect to the pit of your belly.

Gentle inhales through your nose.

Inhale through your mouth.

Into your feet.

Exhale from your ankles.

Inhale into your calves,

Your shins.

Exhale from your knees.

Inhale to your thighs and your hamstrings.

Exhale from your pelvis,

Your root.

Place your right hand on your belly,

Your left hand on your heart.

Inhale into your sacral space,

Your belly,

Your solar plexus.

Exhale from your ribcage.

Inhale into your lungs,

Your heart.

Exhale from your collarbone.

Inhale into your throat,

Your jaw.

Exhale from your temples.

Inhale to your forehead,

The space between your eyes.

Exhale from the tip of your head,

Feel it wash over your body all the way down to your toes.

Inhale into both of your hands,

Your belly,

On your heart.

Exhale any tension,

Any knots.

Inhale peace,

Exhale love.

Inhale into your lungs,

Into your belly.

Exhale from your heart.

Very cold.

Feel your expansive being as you surrender.

Let down your growth,

Let down any walls.

Work through your heart.

Thank you for creating space in your day to hear from yourself.

Bring your hands to me at your forehead in a prayer position with one more inhale giving your forehead a massage.

Slowly start to twinkle your eyes.

Now come up to the aced position.
