Yoga has been a wonderful practice for controlling my fibromyalgia and keeping me moving. I earned my RYT500 fall 2022 but will always be a student. The classes I offer tend to be a gentle flow with many options throughout to increase your challenge level. Always be sure to listen to your body and treat it kindly. Remember there is not competition in yoga, even with yourself. This is your practice, and practice it is! Grab your mat, get in some comfortable clothes and get ready to relax, calming the mind and finding your breath.
