Breathe in fully.

Breathe out.

On your next inhale,

Imagine you're sending the warmth of your breath to any spot in your body that is sore,

Tight,

Or tense.

Release that tension with the exhale.

Feel your breath traveling to any uncomfortable place,

Warming and softening and releasing on the exhale Allow the breathing to quiet your mind so that just for a moment you feel stillness.

Breathe into any emotions you may be feeling.

Let them rise and fall on the waves of powerful hormones that wash through you Allow the steady rhythm of the breath to bring balance and calm,

Becoming peaceful and quiet like a lake with no ripples.

Settle into your body,

Your oldest friend Know that even in times of change that your body is guided by its own nature.

It knows how to do this and remains your ally As you breathe,

Sinking back,

Notice a tingling in the air surrounding you,

A subtle sensation of energy on your skin,

Alive with humming energy and protective like a cushion Imagine this cushion of energy drawing all the love and sweetness that has ever been felt for you by anyone at any time All the caring,

The loving kindness,

Every smile and gesture of gratitude.

This field of energy around you is full,

Safe,

And comforting,

Protective even Know that the waves of heat flashing through you are burning off whatever no longer serves you.

Appreciate yourself just as you are right now in this very moment Appreciate your body,

Your oldest friend.

Relax with soft eyes until ready to settle fully into your body,

Your space Know from a deep inner place that you are growing and moving through this.

You're not alone.

Notice your chest rise on your next breath Feel your shoulders open and rested.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Move your wrists and ankles,

Slowly coming back fully into your body Rested.

Connected.

Feeling more complete and as one.

Perfectly you
