In this body scan meditation, while feeling the sensation of your body, also feel the emotions that come up in the area of the body. The more good feelings, the more good in your life; the more bad feelings, the more not-nice things come in. Let’s be aware of what we are calling in that we might not even notice! It might feel like second nature, and you didn’t know that it was you feeling angry about the world every day, which is bringing on this sadness in your life in different forms.
