I’m a physiotherapist and workplace wellbeing specialist, combining knowledge of the body with study in mind-body disciplines including yoga and meditation. I’m interested in the intersection of mindfulness and mental health and how we can harness ancient wisdom for modern lives. I am currently completing a psychology qualification to deepen my understanding of the mind and look forward to combining a holistic approach to workplace wellbeing in the future.
