Hello,

I'm Mindy Kness.

I'm grateful that you've chosen to spend time with me as you access and activate your conscious heart.

If you're anything like me,

It's all too easy to get stuck in your head amidst the constant thoughts and mind chatter.

I needed a solution to this in my own life,

So I spent the last several years researching how the heart impacts creativity,

Intuition,

And even productivity.

This program is designed to do three things.

First,

It will help you get in touch with the various aspects of your heart.

It is so much more than a beating pump.

In her book,

The Heart Speaks,

Dr.

Mimi Garnari describes her experience in medical school.

She says,

No one spoke of the other layers of the heart that didn't appear on a stress test or electrocardiogram.

The mental heart,

Affected by hostility,

Stress,

And depression.

The emotional heart that could be crushed by loss.

The intelligent heart that has a nervous system of its own and communicates with the brain and other parts of the body.

No one lectured about the spiritual heart that yearns for a higher purpose.

The universal heart that communicates with others.

Or the original heart that beats in the unborn fetus before the brain is formed.

This program will also help you achieve physical and mental optimization,

A state when the physiology of the body is synchronized.

You can literally shift the signals emanating from the heart and enter a state called coherence.

You can think of the heart as a conductor,

Communicating and organizing the various systems of the body.

When the brain,

The nervous system,

And the hormonal system are coherent,

It creates an optimal state where thinking is clear,

Reaction times are sharpened,

And blood pressure is reduced,

Amongst many other health benefits.

Finally,

This program will offer you the opportunity to tap into the deeper well of intuition,

Knowledge,

And universal connection that you already have access to through your heart.

I've used similar meditations with many of my coaching clients over the last several years,

So here are a few suggestions that will help you get the most out of your experience.

First,

Set aside a time and a place where you could shut out distractions.

Turn off your phone,

Your computer,

Or anything else that can tug at your attention.

This time is for you,

So guard it carefully.

In the next track,

You'll enter a relaxed brainwave frequency.

That means that your brain is in a receptive state to be able to absorb the information and assist the body in feeling at peace.

In the third track,

You'll hear powerful affirmations.

These can make a huge difference in the unconscious mind and your ability to make changes in your life.

If you want to go along with me,

Just repeat the affirmations as I say them.

If your mind begins to wander,

That's okay,

Because as you are thinking about something else,

We'll be imprinting your unconscious mind with these powerful new beliefs.

And finally,

In the last track,

The affirmations will play just below the surface,

Subliminally,

Which means it is under the radar of your conscious mind being able to hear it.

But trust me,

Your mind and your heart are absorbing everything you need.
