A lovely short bedtime story about the moon’s advice on breathing out worries and stress to her, so she can release them for us. In doing this we can have a restful and much-needed sleep. Are you in tune with the moon? Take a few minutes to listen to this story and breathe along with the story to gently let go of worries for tonight. If the moon is out as you are listening, you can hold your crystals to see them glistening.

I look to her as I wish to fall into a peaceful sleep.

She knows that I have been up worrying about this and stressing over that.

She tells me not to worry,

Not to fear,

For she is near.

She brings me peace,

Comfort and balance.

I have my crystals with me,

I said to her.

She smiled by shining her light onto me and told me to keep my crystals under my pillow.

I have amethyst,

Quartz and of course,

Moonstone.

I showed her my crystals in my hand and she kissed them goodnight.

She then told me to breathe out to her.

Breathe out my worries,

Breathe out the rollercoaster of thoughts and emotions.

Breathe them all out to me,

She would say.

You are finished with this day,

So turn the lights down,

Put the phone down and rest your pretty crown so that you can no longer frown.

So I listened and did just that.

I put my crystals under my pillow,

Turned the lights down,

Put my phone away and got into bed to rest my head.

I'm here now,

I said,

Waiting for her to send me into a lovely sleep.

Yes,

But you forgot to breathe to me,

She said.

Oh right,

I forgot about that,

I lied.

So I thought of all my worries one by one and I breathed them out to her.

Clearing my worries about the future and then breathing them away for her to release them for me.

Breathing in worries about work and career and then breathing them out away for her to release them for me.

Breathing in worries about friends and family and then believing them away for her to release them for me.

In worries about everything else in the world and then breathing them away for her to release them for me.

Excellent.

You are free from your worries for tonight.

Continue to breathe them out if they reappear so that you can have your wonderful much needed rest my dear.

Goodnight.

The moon is me.

Me is she and she is me.
