A Mindful Mother's Day Be proud of who you are,
And who you are becoming.
You are doing your best.
We see you.
You are not alone,
Even if it feels like it at times.
Your efforts will not go to waste.
Lovingly,
Place a gentle hand over your heart space,
Your heart chakra.
Choose to forgive your own mistakes too.
You are learning.
You are growing.
You are changing.
You are amazing.
Gently take an inhale in now through the nose,
And just let that sink in.
And now exhale through the mouth,
Slowly.
And choose to smile about that,
That you are amazing.
So again,
Take another inhale,
Accepting that fact,
And then exhaling.
Calling You are most likely used to children or people calling your name,
But don't ignore yourself calling for you too.
Take this moment of stillness just for you.
You deserve you too.
The great care,
Attention,
The planning,
And the hopes that you have for others,
Add your name to that list.
Without you being okay,
No one you care for will be okay,
Or get the best version of you.
So inhaling in again now,
With your hand still on your heart chakra,
Choosing to breathe life,
Love,
And healing energy into your heart.
And now exhale.
As you gently place a hand,
Or both,
Over your lower stomach area now,
Your sacral chakra.
We'll do that again.
So inhaling in,
As you breathe that life,
Love,
And healing energy into your heart space.
And then exhaling,
As your hands become comfortable over your stomach.
Spend some time here,
To just feel the movement of your breathing.
Allowing your hands to move up and down,
As you breathe in and out.
Taking calm and gentle breaths,
At your own pace.
There's no right or wrong.
And if any distracting thoughts arise,
That's okay.
Just simply say,
I acknowledge that,
But I don't choose to think about it right now.
And then imagine yourself blowing that thought away,
Like a cloud or a leaf in the wind.
And then return your attention back to your breathing,
At your stomach.
As you focus on your breathing,
And how calming it can feel,
Allow yourself to check in with how your body is feeling,
In this very moment.
So any physical sensations that may come up.
And if they do,
Acknowledge that with kindness,
And without judgment of ourselves.
Always listen to the guidance of your magical inner wisdom,
Which will always lead you towards peace.
So we'll take another inhale now,
Through the nose.
And then exhaling out through the mouth.
Very slowly and calmly.
We'll do that a few times.
So again,
Inhaling in.
And then exhaling out.
And again,
Inhaling in.
And again.
And then exhaling out through the mouth.
Taking this moment of stillness just for you.
And one more time now,
At your own pace.
