Oh,

Good morning,

Grand rising,

Beautiful souls.

Welcome to another day.

I'm so happy and grateful to be alive.

This is a morning meditation for peace and presence,

For gratitude and grounding,

For abundance and activation of your highest self as you move about this day with this new energy from your morning meditation.

These simple tools and practices of self-love and self-healing have had a profound impact on my life,

And I want to share these tools,

My gift,

With you.

So as you're still in your bed,

I want you to comfortably shift into a good position.

You can stay lying down or sit up,

Whatever is nice and comfy for you.

But be awake and be alert and be ready to receive this energy.

Allow it to flow through your mind and integrate into your body so that when your feet hit the floor,

When you're ready to get up and move about your day,

You really are embodying this beautiful energy.

We're going to tap into that now.

So let's get started by taking three deep breaths.

So wherever you're at,

Nice and comfy,

Inhale in through your nose.

Hold your breath and blow it out.

Let's practice those long,

Slow inhales.

Hold that energy.

Hold that life force and blow it out.

Again,

To get a nice,

Beautiful inhale,

I imagine smelling the roses,

That visualization of my nose inside the soft,

Cool petals.

Holding your prana,

Holding your life force energy inside of you,

Letting it ruminate as you hold your breath,

And slowly exhale,

Blow it out.

As we practice breath work,

Our inhales and exhales,

We will learn to breathe more fully.

Our bodies will kind of have a muscle memory,

If you will,

Of those long,

Beautiful,

Luscious,

Delicious,

Juicy breaths,

And they will be invigorating to your body,

To your soul,

To your mind.

So practice breath work,

Even if it's just a powerful pause,

With three deep breaths.

Long,

Slow inhales with a pause and a hold at the top,

And long,

Slow exhales with a hold at the bottom.

Now that we're a little comfortable and relaxed,

I welcome peace and presence into this now moment.

There is so much power in your now moment.

I really want you to take advantage of the power that you have right here,

Right now.

For in this now moment,

You get to decide.

You get to decide how you think,

How you feel,

And how you will act based on those thoughts and feelings.

And it all happens right now,

Not based on anything from the past,

Not based on any fear of the future,

But right here and right now,

We are safe and comfortable in our bodies,

In our homes,

In this now moment.

And when we proceed,

Knowing and honoring the power of now,

And we think and feel and act within that power,

Oh,

Gosh,

The energy transforms.

It's new.

It's now.

Be here right now.

Let us ground down with gratitude before we move about our day,

Feeling the surface holding your body,

Feeling it beneath you,

Around you,

Maybe the clothes that you're wearing or the softness of your sheets,

The comfiness of your pillow,

Your bed,

Or chair.

Wherever you are,

Know that you are home.

You are safe and whole and complete in your body.

And there is nothing that you need outside of you that could possibly make you any better or at home.

You are at peace right here,

Right now,

With what you have,

With who you are.

Trust yourself.

Believe in yourself.

And know that you are connected to a higher power that moves energy,

Non-physical energy.

You can tap into that power when you ground down and come back home into your body and lose the distractions of the outside world and come into your inner being,

That knowingness,

Your inner compass,

Your inner guidance system.

And again,

The more we do these practices and get used to feeling at home and safe and loving ourselves just by taking a few minutes every morning,

Every evening for ourselves to recalibrate,

Realign,

Reassess,

Reorganize,

And then move,

We do so from a place of response versus reaction.

So as you're grounding down into your body,

Into this place,

I want you to imagine such beautiful connectedness with the Earth,

With Mother Earth that sustains our life force energy,

That grows and nourishes and replenishes on her own.

We're already given everything we need.

Tap into the Earth elements,

Grounding down into the safeness of Mother Earth and her nourishment for your soul.

You are safe,

Whole,

And complete just as you are.

There is beauty within you and within everything around you,

Within you.

You can place your hand on your heart.

Breathe into that space,

Expanding your chest,

Holding that breath,

And letting it go with ease and flow,

Knowing it will come back.

Let's take a few moments here just to breathe in this grounded energy in through the nose,

Hold at the top,

And blow it out.

I welcome you to love on your body,

Get a little more comfortable and cozy.

As we feel grounded,

We don't have to stay stiff or stuck or stagnant.

I invite you to move and feel and flow with your highest self.

So as you found this place of comfortable gratitude,

Welcome that in.

Maybe it's an autonomous smile.

You can probably hear it in my voice,

Just invigorating,

Enlightening smile.

Think about all the things that make you happy.

Think about the things you're looking forward to.

Think about the things and people,

Places,

Activities that you love.

Invite that energy into your body.

Smile and just welcome it.

Welcome the feeling.

Feel it now,

Without it happening,

Without your environment changing.

Just revel in it now.

Revel in the deliciousness,

The excitement,

The joy,

The happiness.

Being so thankful for these experiences,

To know this happiness,

This joy,

To know gratitude,

To know peace,

To know presence,

To be thankful for it,

To be thankful for the little things that you have in your life,

Being thankful for the people that we have in our life,

Being thankful for what we've experienced in our life,

Good or bad.

These experiences mold and shape us into who we are.

And we can use what we've been through,

Not only just to overcome,

Not only just to get by or get through or get over,

But really as the story of our life.

And it may not be rainbows and sunshine every chapter.

But as you are continuing to write your story,

Know that whatever chapter you're on now,

You get to use the wisdom of your past,

The love that is abundant for all of us,

The peace that's available.

All of it is here for you to shift,

To elevate,

To grow,

Being thankful for what we've been through,

Even if those times may have been hard before.

This now moment,

What we get to do with it,

Our choice intentionally,

That can change everything.

And you have that right now.

So be grateful.

Change the story.

Practice this peace every day,

Getting present,

Getting grounded,

Being grateful,

So that we can welcome abundance into our life,

So we can activate our highest self and no longer move from a place of the past.

When we welcome abundance into our life,

We welcome it with a knowing that it will come because we attract it.

We attract it with our thoughts and our feelings.

We attract it with how we be in the now moment.

And when we conjure up every now moment every morning and choose to walk in love and walk in light and walk in peace and walk in gratitude,

We are a walking magnet for abundance.

But we got to get it right.

Every day is a new day to realign that energy,

To step into your highest self,

The knowingness of your peace and comfort.

You create it right here,

Right now.

Breathe in deeply this new,

Refreshing breath.

Welcoming that light into your body.

You can stretch and move.

Welcome that new energy.

Invigorate the body.

And let it go.

Let it flow.

Vocalize that newness.

Vocalize the acceptance of your abundance today.

Hear that activation roaring within you as your voice may get a little raspy or you're clearing out the gunk from the night.

And as you stretch and move your body and awaken it with new,

Fresh energy today,

Invigorate yourself with this energy of activating,

Turning on,

Tapping in,

Tooting in,

And turning on and all the way up this new,

Vibrant energy.

As you pick out your clothes for the day,

Brush your teeth,

Get ready,

Look at yourself,

Gaze in your eyes in the bathroom mirror.

Placing your hand over your heart,

Honoring and accepting yourself,

Loving yourself,

And showing up for yourself as your highest self today.

Right here,

Right now,

You get to choose.

Choose abundance.

Choose to activate this energy within you and move about your day,

Allowing this energy to flow through you.

Don't hoard it.

Don't hold it.

Let it go.

Let it out.

Let it free.

Let it flow.

Let it affect everyone you come into contact with today.

Let them see your light shine.

Let them see the new,

Radiant energy within you because you took a few moments in your morning to start your day with intention,

Refreshing,

Re-energizing,

Reinvigorating your body,

Your mind,

And your breath with this new energy for your soul.

My wish is that you move about your day with intention now that you've practiced this peace,

This presence,

Now that you've grounded and felt the gratitude,

Now that you are ready and open for abundance and activating your highest self.

I invite you to wiggle your toes and your fingers and move that energy about your body as you move about your day,

As you pick out your clothes and get ready and welcome another new day with refreshed,

Realigned energy.

Grab your water.

Allow the replenishment of the water to flow through your body first thing this morning before anything else.

Activate the cells,

Not only just with our breath and with our intention of our mind,

But with nourishment,

With water,

With vibrant,

Alive fruits and vegetables today.

Welcome another new day.

Welcome to this day.

I love you.

I am thankful for you.

The light within me sees and honors the light within you.
