Hello and welcome to your one minute meditation.

The intention with this short meditation is that you can do it anywhere,

Anytime.

You only need one minute.

There are three verses that I'm going to read and I'll repeat those three verses.

So it's very simple.

Let's begin.

Let's meditate.

Breathe in through the nose.

Breathe out through the nose.

Breathe in to expand.

Breathe out to soften.

Breathe in what you need.

Breathe out to release.

Breathe in through the nose.

Breathe out through the nose.

Breathe in to expand.

Breathe out to soften.

Breathe in what you need.

Breathe out to release.

You're welcome to stay here as long as you like,

Repeating these words.

Or if you need to go,

That's okay.
