I'm Casey with MindBodyIndigo.

Thank you for being here with me today in this moment of reconnecting with yourself and your worth.

You are enough.

I know sometimes our inner critic can get loud and we start to believe it.

I also know there is another voice within.

One that has a different tone.

One that's grounded and supportive,

Encouraging and understanding.

A voice that's more like a friend.

And this is a gentle practice to reconnect you to that loving part that also resides inside.

It sometimes just hides or we forget that it's there.

Or we have learned that it's not worthy of being heard.

And as we remember that it does exist and know that it is there,

That there is a part within us that is accepting,

Even just knowing that can be enough.

As you find yourself a comfortable place to pause,

Whether sitting or lying down,

Just taking a few moments to settle in and make any adjustments to support your comfort.

And we'll begin with a few deeper breaths.

Noticing this gentle wave in your body.

Letting the rhythm of your breath be a gentle anchor for your awareness to come back to if it wanders or drifts.

Noticing the rise and fall in your own body as you breathe.

And whenever it feels right for you,

Letting your breath settle into its natural and organic pace.

Noticing the weight of your body and letting that weight begin to rest into the support beneath you.

Leaning into the gentle pull of gravity from the earth,

That ever-present invitation,

Letting you know that the earth is here to help hold.

She can help hold your physical body.

She can help hold all of the thoughts.

The earth can help hold the doubt,

The criticism,

The judgment,

And anything else that you might be carrying,

The earth below can help hold.

So letting your body begin to soften,

Slowly settling in,

Your jaw releases,

Shoulders loosen,

Belly at ease,

Allowing for a little anchoring there at your tailbone.

Everything within begins to settle toward the earth,

Your legs and feet rest where they are,

Giving your toes a little wiggle to say hello to them.

And repeating to yourself internally or out loud,

I am enough.

I am enough in this moment.

And I am enough in the moments throughout my day.

I am worthy of my own love and grace.

I honor myself and the choices I make.

And I honor the pace in which I move through life.

I do enough.

I am enough.

And I trust where I am is exactly where I am supposed to be.

I am enough.

And noticing that gentle rhythm of your breath again,

And welcoming a deepened inhale,

Knowing this part of you that is enough is always there.

And when you notice and connect to your own breath,

It connects you to that part that is enough.

And just resting here with that gentle ebb and flow of your breath.

And every time you practice,

It strengthens that voice,

Allowing you to embody that worthiness and love for yourself.
