This guided meditation supports the process of healing Corona or Long Covid. We all have access to inner healing. Our body can heal itself and with this meditation I activate the process of self-healing. I take you on a healing journey to the wadden sea, where you visualize being healed by nature. Enjoy.

Hello and welcome to Mind and Body Healing.

My name is Sabrina and I'm glad that you're here.

This meditation will help you if you're dealing with Corona or Long Covid.

In my guided meditation I help you to activate your self-healing.

Over time we have forgotten to trust our body that it can heal itself.

It is time for us to learn to heal ourself again.

I recommend that you do this meditation at least once a day for a month so that you heal yourself completely.

It is important to me that you address and heal the root of your illness.

Let's get started.

Make yourself comfortable sitting or lying down.

I recommend to sit down so that you don't fall asleep.

Close your eyes and calm down.

Arrive in your body.

Feel how your body is slowly relaxing.

Notice your breath.

Notice how your belly rises when you breathe in and how it draws in when you breathe out.

Feel the ground on which you sit or lie.

You become more and more relaxed.

You enjoy the music.

I invite you now to imagine mud floods,

Low tide and the water is far out.

You can see the sea in the distance.

The beach is empty.

You notice the vastness and the emptiness of the sea.

You look down at your feet.

You are barefoot and standing in the sticky wet sand.

Imagine how you move your toes and feel the sand between your feet.

The sand is pleasantly warm.

You are starting to walk slowly.

You walk relaxed and consciously put one step in front of the other.

You watch your feet sink into the mud sand.

You look around.

You look at the blue cloudless sky and you enjoy the sunshine.

You feel good in the healing nature and notice that the fresh air is also good for your body.

I want you to think about your corona symptoms and notice the emotions that come up.

Notice what happens with your body when you think about your symptoms.

I want you now to accept the illness and the associated symptoms.

It is okay that you are not feeling well at the moment.

Thank yourself for the experience and take the break that your body needs.

Stop trying to defend yourself against your body.

Consider and understand that your body needs to rest right now and wants to heal.

Make a promise to take the time to heal and strengthen your immune system.

So now you walk again on the beach.

Feel the sand under your feet.

Nature is healing you from the inside.

Enjoy this healing process.

Breathe in the fresh air from the sea and feel the healing that flows into the place of your body where you need it the most.

You walk step by step and notice how you are getting better and better.

Feel the light wind and the contact with Mother Earth.

Feel how she is healing you with the wind,

The sand and the sun.

Mother Earth is always there for you.

Just perceive and trust.

Be grateful for the compassion and support of Mother Nature.

With every breath you absorb the healing power of nature.

You are enjoying it and you feel pure appreciation.

Life is so simple and so carefree.

You look into the distance and feel connected to your inner self.

You notice how your symptoms are becoming less and less.

It's like magic.

You decide to appreciate your body more and to give yourself more breaks in everyday life.

Your body shows you exactly what it needs.

Take the time in your everyday life to get in touch with your body and understand what it needs.

You slowly make your way back and you are enjoying the beauty of nature again.

Once again.

The sunbeams keep you pleasantly warm.

You know that you have started the healing process and that you soon will feel better again.

You promise yourself that you will take this calm and peace with you into your everyday life.

It is time to slowly come back to space and time and keep your eyes closed for a moment longer.

And I invite you to wiggle your toes and you can wiggle your hands now as well,

Your fingers.

If it feels right to you,

You can stretch your body and you can yawn if you want.

Slowly open your eyes.

You can do it in your own rhythm.

Thank you for this lovely meditation. I've been suffering from long covid for 2 years now, hoping this will give me some peace of mind. It's difficult to imagine that I am actually going to get better.
