Hello beautiful beings,
Thank you so much for choosing to join me for this 15 minute guided meditation to raise your frequency and release all that no longer serves you.
I'd like to start this meditation by inviting you to find a comfortable space,
A comfortable position whether that be for you sitting,
Lying down or somewhere in between.
We're just going to start by taking some deep belly breaths,
So whenever you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Now take a deep breath in,

Hold your breath,

2,
3 and exhale,

Continuing this breath rhythm at your own pace and with each exhale I invite you to give yourself permission to relax.
Allow the tension in your muscles to gently dissolve.
Do a quick body scan if you wish.
Bring your focus to your toes,
Feet,
Your legs.
Feel the muscles in your thighs becoming heavier.
Now your hips,
Every vertebrae in your spine.
Release all tension in your abdomen,
In your hips.
Now feel your arms become heavier.
Let your palms open,
Your fingers relaxed.
Now your neck.
Feel your head give in to gravity,
Relaxing your jaw,
Your mouth,
Your eyes and your forehead.
Allow yourself to let go in this moment,
Knowing that you are safe.
It is safe for you to release all the tension in your body that no longer serves you.
Inhale deeply,

Hold,

3 and a long deep exhale,

Now as you begin to relax deeper,
I invite you to imagine a beautiful purple light surrounding you.
If another color comes to you or feels more aligned for you today that's absolutely ok.
But I'd like you to visualize this beautiful healing colored light surrounding and swirling around your body.
Feel its generous and healing energy bask in its light for a moment.
If any emotion or thought surfaces in this moment,
Let it do so without judgement.
Know that no matter what,
This healing light is protecting you,
Loving you and keeping you safe at all times.
Keep breathing,
Letting any thought or feeling come and go without judgement,
Seeing them like waves lapping on the shore.
Now I'd like to ask you,
Remembering that the light is still swirling surrounding and protecting you at all times,
To go within and allow any and all darkness within you,
All that is no longer serving you or your well being,
To slowly surface within you,
Once again without judgement.
What can you feel surfacing?
Is it physical pain?
Is it emotional pain?
Is it a memory?
Anxiety,
Fear,
Depression,
Anger,
Disease or illness?
Whatever it may be for you,
Let it come to the surface remembering the beautiful swirling light which is protecting you at all times.
Now visualise this darkness surfacing from your body.
Where do you visualise it surfacing from?
Your mind,
Your heart or somewhere else in your physical body?
As it resurfaces I'd like you to remember that this darkness is not yours.
It does not have to be yours.
You have the ability,
The right,
The power,
If you so desire,
To release it for good.
Now still surrounded by your healing and protective light,
Visualise this darkness slowly gathering in the centre of your body,
Again holding no judgement or any attachment towards it.
It is not yours if you do not want it to be.
Visualise this darkness slowly gathering in the centre of your body.
Emotions may be surfacing for you,
They may not.
Whatever you are feeling,
Whatever is coming up for you is serving you and your highest good.
Whatever you are feeling is aligned,
It is helping you,
Allowing you to release all that is no longer serving your highest well being.
Now keeping in your mind's eye this vision of yourself,
Of your body.
The darkness is now gathered in the centre of your body and your healing light is so lovingly surrounding you.
Deep breath in,
Hold your breath for just a moment and slowly breathe it out.
Visualise now your magnificent light gently caressing your skin.
Feel its warmth,
Sense its healing and loving energy and slowly,
Whenever you are ready,
Allow it to enter your body.
Allow it to shine its way through you,
Your fingers,
Your toes,
Your chest,
Your belly,
Your head and as it is doing so,
Allow it to bring love,
Healing and its protective energy to every molecule of your being.
Allow this light to swirl around you,
Generously bringing healing to every ounce of your being,
In every way that you are needing it in this moment.
You may feel slight tingling sensations or the instinct to smile.
Welcome all sensations that may be coming up for you,
Knowing that whatever it may be,
It is serving your greatest good.
As this light continues to swirl through and around your body,
I invite you to visualise now your magnificent light finding its way to the darkness you have gathered to the centre of your body.
Visualise now your light slowly and lovingly surrounding this darkness you have gathered,
Allowing it to do this until only light remains.
Your healing light is here to love,
Heal,
Guide and protect you.
Know that you are not burdening or tainting your beautiful light with this darkness.
Your light is taking it from you willingly and by taking it is becoming stronger and brighter itself.
Allow your heart to feel lighter as you feel this darkness healing and dissolving into your light within you.
You may feel emotions overcome you,
Old memories may resurface,
Whatever may come up,
Allow it to do so,
Holding no judgement in your mind or your heart.
It is all part of your unique journey to healing and releasing.
You are safe.
Take some more deep breaths as you continue to feel lighter.
As you continue to visualise this darkness dissolving into your beautiful light,
Take a moment to forgive yourself.
Send out love to yourself as your healing light swirls and beams lovingly within you.
Seeing the light,
Your light,
Feel free to stay in this blissful state for as long as you wish and whenever you are ready,
Allow it to slowly lift from within your body and swirl around you once more.
Now go to the centre of your body,
See and feel what was there only moments ago has dissolved,
Healed and transformed into love.
Your whole body is vibrating to the frequency of love and wellbeing.
Bask in this feeling for a few moments.
Now as you take a few deep breaths,
I'd like you to imagine this magnificent glowing light of yours to grow,
To brighten,
To multiply and expand.
Allow it to expand so greatly that now not just you but the entire planet is glowing,
Surrounded and protected by your healing light.
And know that this light,
This magnificent ever growing,
Ever loving,
Ever healing light you have created,
Dwells within you at all times.
Know that no matter where you may be,
You always have the power to tap into your light whenever you need it.
It is always loving you.
It is always protecting you.
It is always guiding you.
