Ah,
This beautiful moment in time right now.
I just opened my heart and my mind to a sense of joy.
To contemplate the idea of family from the perspective of joy.
The joy of being loved,
Joy of being accepted,
Joy of being supported.
And on this amazing adventure that we call life.
The joy of being included.
I know in this moment that there is a divine spirit surrounding us.
Whose very nature is joy.
That is joy expressing everywhere.
Received in the language of flowers.
We feel the joy of walking in the forest.
Feeling at home there.
Right now I just surrender to the joy of that incredible mystery that surrounds us.
It surrounds us all right now.
The mystery of spirit.
We dance with this beautiful mystery.
No we can't figure it out.
We can allow it to be in our hearts.
To inform our thoughts.
To hear its voice saying yes.
Bring your joy to the world.
And I give such thanks for the joy of family.
For the things that we learn through these relationships.
How often in our minds we return to the time of childhood.
To the innocence of childhood.
To that sense of wonder.
That sense of being alive in this mystery.
And knowing that all is well.
So I affirm that truth.
For your family this day.
However your family might look at this moment.
Whatever its form may be.
Know at the very center of it there is a joy that could never be extinguished.
We connect ourselves with that joy right now in this moment.
We see the best in each other.
We see the gifts that each person in this family brings.
We affirm the gift that it is to just be alive right now.
We turn our attention towards joy.
Now we open our hearts to that feeling.
Feeling of being part of a beautiful dance.
Moving with ease and grace through our lives.
Expecting the best of ourselves and expecting the best of each other.
We surrender to that joy right now.
And I affirm that any past experiences that may have blocked our joy.
That we may still be holding on to.
We let those go.
In this moment we let those go.
And allow ourselves to be present to the joy that is available now.
We are part of a creative process.
We get to choose.
What will our experience be?
In this moment I affirm that it is joy.
We choose joy.
I affirm that and we bring it into the world.
Joy is at the heart of this family right now.
Right now.
I invite you to say that in your heart.
Joy is at the heart of my family right now.
Breathe that in.
That's the truth.
I give such thanks for the transforming power,
Spirit's love.
For the incredible lift that we feel when we allow the joy of Spirit to animate our thoughts.
Let us carry this forward from this moment.
Joy is at the heart of my family.
And I am at home right now.
For this I give great thanks.
I release my word into the law.
And I accept the blessings as they rain upon me.
