So gently close your eyes and then take three nice long but comfortable breaths.
Breathe in through your nose.
Breathe out through your mouth.
Now do another breathing in through your nose.
Comfortably easy out through your mouth.
And one more.
Feel yourself grounded wherever you're sitting and focused.
Now focus your attention on your body.
Move your attention to what seems to be calling you.
Perhaps it is pain or some tightness or a place that calls for healing or maybe it's just something that you're noticing right now.
Settle your attention there and ask the spirit within you to be right where you are noticing,
Focusing.
It might be some kind of discomfort,
Heaviness,
Or it might be lightness.
Just rest in that place.
Don't try to change it or fix it.
Just be present with spirit and whatever is there.
Now move your attention to your heart area filled with the loving presence of God.
Knowing that the divine spirit is the deep essence of who you are.
So from that divine heart place ask your heart what is my body trying to tell me?
What is my body trying to tell me?
One last reminder from Ernest Holmes.
Your mind is an outlet through which the creative intelligence of the universe seeks fulfillment.
Your mind is an outlet through which the creative intelligence of the universe seeks fulfillment.
Just allow that to be and so it is.
